Great location and the view is spectacular! Condo is clean and has all of the necessities! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Siesta Key!

When you walk in the door to the beautiful clean condo, your eyes are immediately drawn to the gorgeous view of the ocean from the large screened in lanai! Many nights were spent on the lanai watching the spectacular sunsets and the gentle dolphins swimming in the ocean. The condo provides beach chairs for your stay and you can rent umbrellas from the umbrella company that is located on the beach. The beach has the white soft sand, perfect to take a walk on or just enjoy in your beach chair. The condo is equipped with any items you might need to have an enjoyable vacation. The condo is in walking distance of some restaurants and a grocery store plus there is a free shuttle bus that has a pick up on the street, right in front of the condo building, that can take you to Siesta Key village. The pool is very nice also. You have to walk a little ways to get to it but it is worth the walk. There is also a nice laundry room on each floor. The office can provide you quarters if you need to make change.

The perfect size condo for retired empty nesters like us looking for a week at the beach. The building is older originally built around the 1968 timeframe I believe, but that means it has a solid foundation ( I.e “good bones”) and the ocean front sixth floor 2 bedroom condo location with screened in balcony makes the perfect location to enjoy a beverage and watch the sunset each night. We did not use the laundry room down the hall but it’s there as an option if needed, bring your quarters 2.50 per load. We liked the leather furniture and large tv ,also, the fact the one bathroom had a walk in shower. Liked that 2 beach chairs are included daily and have the option to rent a beach umbrella 20 per day if desired. Parking spot is covered which is great to keep rental car or your own vehicle from baking in the Florida sunshine. The 2 times we went to the property pool we had the pool to ourselves which is nice.

This condo was exceptional! Clean, updated, beachy! Well equipped with all the essentials. Steps to the beach! Views breathtaking! Location was perfect…walking distance to a few great restaurants and a few minutes drive to many others. Beach was beautiful and so very clean! Property owner easy to teach and communicate with. Sunsets were sensational! I highly recommend this property!

Million dollar view! Gorgeous beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We had a fabulous time! Loved the beach and the view- met lots of great families.

Awesome views and location right on Crescent Beach! Very clean and well appointed.

Overall a very enjoyable stay! Awesome views and location! Liked the covered parking and the towels, umbrella and cooler provided as well as beach chairs in front of the building. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Right on beach with great view of Gulf and sunsets. Decent furnishings and plenty of room for 4 (we were party of 3). Didn’t use pool with convenience of beach. Building a bit dated but unit just fine. Walking distance to a couple bar & grills. Village bars & restaurants a shuttle ride away. Washer & dryer (2.50/load each) were in separate room next to elevator and worked well. We had a good March week in FL.

A perfect location for us

The condo was a great place to stay. The view of the Gulf was fantastic, which we enjoyed every morning and evening. It was clean and right on the beach.
