This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

Great stay!

This property is clean, quiet, and had plenty of space. It’s an easy walk to Broadway. Check in and check out were simple and painless. Will definitely look to stay here again next time!

Peaceful/great location

Great location about a mile from broadway. You can rent scooters and make it there in no time. It’s far enough away that you can sleep peacefully. Beautiful view of Cumberland River. Enjoyed the stay.

Cheer competition weekend

Everything went really great. Walking distance to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. The king mattress could be replaced soon but every bed is different in the world. LolThe Manager was amazing

This place is awesome!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and Germantown! Of course it’s even easier and more fun with the rental scooters! Beautiful view of the Cumberland from the back porch where you can sit and watch the barges float by! Owner was very responsive, a slight hiccup we found when we checked in was handled promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

Nashville Perfection!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay this past week! Everything was perfect and the location makes everything easy!! Adorable condo with a great layout and so much room!! Great neighborhood- We could do our daily walks around town feeling safe and secure and spent four nights enjoying the nightlife on Broadway!!! Highly recommend Rebecca and Nashville Vacay!!

Bridgestone Arena Concert

We needed a place to gather with our daughter and her Boyfriend as they live in Nashville and we are in NC , perfect place to meet him for the first time and explore downtown and other places off broadway. lovely condo as pictured , LOL we even played the Tom Petty ALBUM !! Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.
