Newly renovated, one Bedroom one Bathroom riverfront condo fully updated with new walk-in shower and lighted mirror, new paint, windows and updated décor. Easy in and out with car travel, walking distance and fast Uber/Lyft (~$5) rides to lower Broadway, Germantown and area attractions.
The living space includes a leather queen, memory foam sleeper sofa, oversized leather chair & mounted flat screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen consists of a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & stove/oven. There is also a coffee pot with a start of drip coffee and Keurig cups provided. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, luxury crisp white linens and smart TV.
The unit has hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bedroom with a large area rug in bedroom.
High-speed Wi-Fi access and xfinity cable is provided for your entertainment and convenience.

Cozy retreat

Cozy, quiet, clean, updated condo with great view of the Cumberland river. Walking distance to all the great music and restaurants downtown and on Broad St.5 minute Uber ride. Loved our stay!!

Great condo close to everything. Walking distance to Broadway and other local restaurants. Lots of construction but noise was not a problem.

Great hosts and very clean room!

This location is good for walking into town without having to pay for parking if you are in good health. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay.

Nashville Thanksgiving

We had a great stay - the condo was spotless and very well appointed. We love live music but not necessarily the crowded bars so we hit lower Broadway during the day and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Perfect Condo for easy access to downtown Nashville

The condo had a wonderful view of the Cumberland river and we say a few barges and boats on it while there. An easy walk to both activities in Germantown area as well as downtown Nashville. Very nice condo and set exactly as the pictures show on site. Would definitely stay again.

Clean condo! Comfy bed with soft linen. A bit of a walk to downtown Nashville. Cute decor, but fireplace isn’t usable, which was a bummer.

Awesome Getaway

This is one of our best stays at Riverfront. It was clean, full of amenities: water, coffee, creamer and Goo Goo clusters for a little sweet something at night. The the bed was so comfortable it made for a restful night of sleep after a night out in Nashville. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, it was clean, and has such a great, unobstructed view of the River. When we come to Nashville for more than one night, we stay at Riverfront and now have found the perfect condo and can’t wait to come back and stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Condo with us!

39th Anniversary

We really enjoyed our trip to Nashville. Our first time. The condo was great. Good location, easy to walk downtown. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, shower was nice. Overall a very good place to stay.

Excellent 1st visit to Nashville

Loved this place for it's location, beauty & comfort! Very clean, great proximity to everything Nashville has to offer - all within walking distance. It was always enjoyable returning from our adventures for the quiet of the condo & peacefulness of the river.

Great location and very clean

Nicely decorated and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too! A 1 mile walk to Broadway and plenty of covered parking. We will be back.

Quick Nashville Getaway

Julie is a great host! She was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Apartment is conveniently located close Broadway and many shops and restaurants within a short walk or uber ride. Place was super clean and comfortable, having all the necessities for a short stay. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip to Nashville.
