Newly renovated, one Bedroom one Bathroom riverfront condo fully updated with new walk-in shower and lighted mirror, new paint, windows and updated décor. Easy in and out with car travel, walking distance and fast Uber/Lyft (~$5) rides to lower Broadway, Germantown and area attractions.
The living space includes a leather queen, memory foam sleeper sofa, oversized leather chair & mounted flat screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen consists of a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & stove/oven. There is also a coffee pot with a start of drip coffee and Keurig cups provided. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, luxury crisp white linens and smart TV.
The unit has hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bedroom with a large area rug in bedroom.
High-speed Wi-Fi access and xfinity cable is provided for your entertainment and convenience.

Loved this condo, Great location, close enough to walk to downtown but far enough to be peaceful away from the noise. Great host and communication. Would stay again for sure.

The condo perfect (Clean, updated, minutes away from Broadway, beautiful view of river, and even a couple of blocks from the Nashville Sounds baseball stadium). Great communications from the host! We'll definitely stay there again.

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony looking at the Cumberland River. The condo is located in a excellent location near several restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Walk into the unit to be greeted by views of the river. Coffee in the morning on the balcony basking in the sun (or wine at night in the cool shade). Great spot, easy 20 minute scenic river walk to the honkeytonks or 3 minute drive. Come back to the condo to an oasis of quiet and calm. Comfortable bed and supplies in the kitchen to make some easy meals. Safe area and perfect vacation! I highly recommend.

Stayed here when visiting to see the Alan Jackson final show and had a great time. The condo is perfect for a couple, right on the river and easy to get to and from Broadway street.

Home was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. A short walk to the pool and nice balcony to sit and watch the boats going by. Covered parking was great. We were here for the Eagles game. No problems getting a Lyft to The game or down to Broadway. Would definitely come back again. Thanks Julie and Ryan

Fantastic host and condo! Quick 20 min walk to Broadway and a short uber ride home each evening . Hosts were super responsive which is always appreciated when you’re traveling. Thank you Julie and Ryan for the hospitality!

Property was super nice and just what we wanted. It about a 5min scooter ride to Broadway St and 3min walk to the base ball field where we found a great brewery. The condo was super clean and stocked well. We will book this again when we come back. Thanks so much.

This place was a perfect stay for Nashville. It’s close to German town which is quiet and relaxed and roughly a 20-30 minute walk to Broadway if you want music and fun. The owners are super nice and keep in touch with you throughout your visit and the place is super clean. The bed is amazing. I can’t say enough great things about staying here. I strongly recommend.

This was a great place for our weekend away! The condo was a great location - less than a 20 min walk to lower Broadway and near breweries and great restaurants. The amenities were perfect and the condo was very clean - all we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and an overall great experience. We’d stay again!

The property was nice and close to what we wanted to do. Parking was great. Also very quiet with the exception of the trains which is to be expected. Beautiful view of the river. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend away in Nashville! Property was clean and close to tons of things to do. We walked and took ubers since parking can be very expensive in downtown Nashville. Host was amazing and thoughtful. Will definitely stay here again!

It is the perfect location with easy, free parking. The unit was super clean and comfortable with lots of extra amenities! Incredible views of the river and easy access to all the fun things to do downtown! Owners were responsive to messages and so helpful in every way. We had a great time!

We purchased this property based on the great community in which it is located, the unique and amazing location on the beautiful Cumberland River, the less than 10 minute walk to Broadway, the view of the city and proximity to the new Sounds Stadium. This location gives you all the access you are seeking, but provides a quiet location to return to at the end day.
