Come see what the Space Cost has to offer! Kennedy Space Center, 45 min. to Disney, beautiful beaches and Port Canaveral. You won't believe the view of this South Cocoa Beach house. The most relaxing place in town!! NO SMOKING!! NO WEDDINGS! 3/2, two queens, one twin and queen beds also a pullout couch. Full kitchen! Direct ocean with a large deck out back. Located in south Cocoa Beach!

Gorgeous sunrises from your spacious, private deck and walkway to the beautiful beach. The beach house is very clean, comfortably and tastefully furnished and has just about any appliance or supply needed. We had planned on going out to eat at nearby restaurants but instead stocked up at a nearby Publix, and then just vegged on the deck, enjoying the sun and the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and toys were provided for use.Our host, Debby, responded immediately to our questions and was 100% helpful. Nearby construction was in no way intrusive.

Perfect home for our group of 6. Walk right to the beach and tons of accessories available in garage for beach fun. We loved the huge deck. The home inside had everything we could ask for and more. The location was awesome , quiet part of the beach but short drives to every thing we needed and wanted to do. Debbie was an awesome host and answered and responded almost instantly when I message her. Highly recommend and will be renting again!!

We stayed here with two kids, age 11 and 12. Family of four altogether. This house was perfect. Check-in was easy, the house was extraordinarily clean when we arrived, and this is the best-stocked house rental we've ever stayed in - if you're flying in, you won't need to worry about running to the store for shampoo, beach towels, a sand drill or laundry detergent - everything is here! Lots of streaming subscriptions for the rainy days, and a true ton of beach accessories for the sunny days - chairs, toys, body boards, umbrella.Cocoa Beach has a ton of highly recommended places to eat, and you're only an hour away from Disney / Universal. Twenty minutes from Cape Canaveral / Kennedy Space Center.Couldn't have asked for much more. Two tips for future travelers - on Day 1, don't let the front door close on you outside unless you've got the door combo memorized! And have your kids sleep upstairs - the circular stairs can be a bit tricky.

The view is stunning, with a large deck overlooking the ocean. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need. The host was responsive to questions. We look forward to getting back there again soon.

Weekend getaway

We came for a family event and fell in love with the ocean and Florida. This house has everything (and more) a family beach vacation would need. Great location, beautiful scenery, clean beach. Hope to be back again someday. Thank you Debby for sharing your gorgeous home.

Love being right at the Beach!

Really comfy house right on the beach! We loved it!There is big construction behind that didn’t bother us but I’m sure will have an affect at some point. We would definitely stay again!

Family getaway

This was a great place to spend a few days over the Christmas holiday! We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We visited several good restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean!

We loved the house! and its location cannot be beat. Our view of the ocean and beach was spectacular. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and more. It was so well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. We brought many items that we never unpacked. Debby was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We have no complaints about our stay, the house or anything. We wouldn’t hesitate ti rent this house again. We had a wonderful experience!
