Enjoy watching the sun set over the New River Gorge while you swing by the fire pit. Your home away from home with 4 bedrooms. This delightful farmhouse offers 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. With 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the brilliant amenities such as central AC and heating, WiFi, a washing machine and clothes dryer during your stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Close to Fayetteville and the New River Gorge. Very peaceful setting, on a quiet road. The hosts provided a well-stocked sanctuary.

This house has everything you need and more! Conveniently located, we were able to do our rafting and bridge walk while enjoying some downtime by the fire and playing cards at the table! Definitely would come back. Hosts were great! Thank you

This farmhouse was VERY nice and clean. Had everything we needed plus a basket of snacks. We were visited every evening by the deer and fawns in the backyard. Check-in and checkout was easy. Garrett was quick to respond if we had a question.

We stayed at this VRBO near New River Gorge National Park and had a great experience. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the fire pit, and the extra snacks provided by the host were a really nice touch. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was very well equipped, with the added bonus of coffee and snacks. The firepit was also ready to enjoy, with plenty of wood and fire starters provided.Although there are neighbors nearby, the property felt peaceful, quiet, and very private. We especially enjoyed seeing plenty of deer and turkey throughout our stay—it really added to the experience.The Wi-Fi was excellent and easily supported all 10 of our devices without any issues. The hosts clearly thought of the little details that make a stay enjoyable.We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again when we're in the area!

Great stay. Everyone in my party got their own bedroom. My oldest appreciated the twin master suite setup. It’s very close to the visitors center. The 8 mile scenic drive was worth the trip. We met the host, very cordial and accommodating.

We planned a last minute Easter weekend for the family and this property was perfect for our objectives...nicely appointed, clean, and roomy for our group of 5.Close to the national park and 10 minutes from resturaunt options, this farm house was still far enough off the beaten trail to enjoy a campfire under the stars and feel away from it all.Rent with confidence,,,nicely done!

All the rooms were comfortable and clean.The manager wss more than accomodating when some personal issues came up.Would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone to stay there.

Ideal bed & bathroom arrangement

It was an ideal bedroom & bathroom arrangement for my wife & I and our 3 young adult daughters and their husbands while exploring the area over an extended weekend. The firepit out back worked out great and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. The property manage was very responsive with any questions.

Out of 9 years of spending Christmas at various VRBO properties, this one rates among our top two. Spacious and well appointed. No stairs or steps in the property was excellent for our orthopedic challenged family members. The kitchen had just about everything you could need and then some. They very nicely set us for the holidays. Very comfortable beds. Much of their setup anticpates most people's requirements.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the last several years, and this one is by far my favorite! This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys, who each got to have their own bedrooms with TVs, and bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need, plus much, much more. We had everything we needed for the grill and fire pit, to include kindling, wood, lighters, charcoal, and lighter fluid, and we definately took advantage of both. We were fortunate enough to see deer with several fawns almost every evening in the back and side yard. I also enjoyed seeing the cows that would periodically come to the fence across the road. The home was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. This home is perfectly located a quick 10-15 minute drive from everything you need in town, as well as many attractions, and great hiking trails. Check in and out were so easy. The host put so much detail and effort into the home, even having a basket full of snacks waiting upon arrival. I will most certainly stay here again, when I come back to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful setting with deer in the backyard every day/night. The house was clean and completely stocked. There were even some snacks provided. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this home/owner.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The host was very quick in both responding and fixing a few minor hiccups we had during our stay. The hosts stocked the house with plenty of supplies for the fire pit and grill and also included a fully stocked cabinent of spices. If I am ever in the area again, I would book here again.
