The property was clean and enjoyable, I really enjoyed the games room to play in with my family, it had nice furniture such as the big sofa and the cozy beds. The property was also close to pickleball courts which were very fun.(Rhea aged 12)

We absolutely loved this place! Loved the decor, the place had more than what we needed, all beds were incredibly comfortable, but most importantly for us was the Skeech game in the basement that totally entertained three couples well into the night! Center Stage restaurant at TPC provided the most incredible food (5-star) with breathtaking views of the front range.

Loved it enough that we booked again for September. Well kept and stocked and very clean...no complaints. I did spend a few minutes getting that awesome Skeech table leveled (never played before--what a hoot!) Thanks!

Our ladies golf team enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our group of four to have our own rooms and have space to gather. The location was perfect for visiting TPC Colorado and the Loveland area. It is close to stores and easy to find. It’s also a nice quiet neighborhood.

This place is fantastic, and our group of friends felt right at home at Colorado Modern Retreat. The common areas were perfect for gathering together for a meal and conversation, while the basement entertainment room was a great place to hang out and unwind at the end of the day. The bedrooms were quiet and the accommodations were very comfortable.

Although we were in Colorado for a funeral, these accommodations made our stay pleasant. We did cook some, a couple mechanical problems with the laundry facilities and the managers were quick to help. I really think a Keurig would have been great. My husband can only have decaffeinated coffee so we always take pods along. We had to buy some decaf grounds, but it was workable. Close proximity to my sisters home, easy to get around... Love Colorado!!
