Overall good and communication was excellent. Few things outdated, issue with one bed in bedroom that resulted in several nights bad sleep. Location good.

Relaxing Getaway

Unit is very nice- clean, well-appointed, great views and steps to the beach! Check-in/out procedures were very essy.

Fantastic Condo w a Great View

The condo is even better than the pictures! The living room and kitchen set up is great. Great ocean views from the balcony. Very comfortable living room furniture. Beds are clean and very comfortable. We couldn't believe how quiet the condo was. Ocean views from the balcony and the living room window. Gorgeous!

Relaxing Stay at Amelia

A quick review for the next guest… Overall, everything was neat, clean, and welcoming. All of the starter kits were helpful, and the credit for the bikes was nice. Some suggestions would be… 1. Replace the king size mattress as both sides sink to the middle. 2. Replace the TV remote as the down arrow is a struggle to press. Someone before us put a rip in it trying to get it to work. 3. Leave instructions on how to work the TV, including parental control codes. For instance, we couldn't access the Fox News channel because of not having a code. 4. Place the fan/light remote for the master bedroom in a place where it's easily accessible. We never found it. The day we left, we pulled the string to use the light, and the whole string came out. 5. Add the checkmark to the end of the door code; it took several tries to finally get in. Add a note to hit the other button to lock the door back. The door was unlocked for 2 days because we assumed it automatically locked backed as no other instructions were given otherwise. We only discovered this because another guest in the complex happened to tell us about it. I later found this info in the pages of detail info. Maybe have a more concise info sheet! Too much reading to find the important info.
