This beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been recently remodeled and upgraded - has everything you and your family will need. In addition to phenomenal views, comfortable amenities, and convenient location, there is a large deck with patio table and chairs with a panoramic view of the ocean! This is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee as the sunrises. Take a walk down the private boardwalk to your beach where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island. At night enjoy moonlight walks on the beach and listen to the waves; a more romantic place just doesn't exist. Washer and Dryer, linens, a dining room table with 4 chairs, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities this property has to offer. The master bedroom has a KING bed and a beautiful new private master bathroom. There's also adult size bunk bed w/ pull out trundle in the guest bedroom along with a fold out sofa that sleeps two. It was better than i expected, just a stones throw from the beach and close to several restaurants, the owner was nothing short of remarkable , would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay!!!

The property was pretty and well placed. They had a lot of extra towels and beach chairs to use. However, cleanliness was below average. The couches, seating, carpets, and mattresses were all dirty with stains and splotches all over them. They’re all made of cloth too so they retain all of that grime and dirt. The bed sheets had specks of dust, grime, and hair. We had to wash all the bedding before use. The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. Overall the cleanliness was unsettling.

This was our second stay here, but my cousins and I have been staying at Sand Dollar for years. We love the proximity to beach and that it’s uncrowded. The condo is great and Brandy is a great manager.

Great location

Condo was clean and well furnished...plenty of towels, paper products, etc. It is within walking distance of the Surf Restaurant and convenient to other restaurants as well. We could leave our beach chairs in our car and make easy access to the beach. The unit has an elevator which made loading and unloading easy. We had a great 2 weeks!

Love this Villa

This property is in the perfect location and directly on the beach. Our entire stay was very pleasant. Our host was very quick to respond and helpful. If we visit the area again, this will be our first choice to stay.

3 night stay

Our stay was fantastic. It was right on the beach, which was so convenient. The condo had its own beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach equipment. It was perfect for myself and 3 teenagers. The condo is as pictured. It was nice having two bathrooms too. I highly recommend for an awesome beach getaway.

Had nice time. Squeaky floors very annoying. Would not return to this unit until floors fixed. Beds too soft also

Quiet and relaxing trip

This ended up being exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a getaway close to the beach where we could just chill and that's what we got. Check in was smooth, condo was clean, and all of the towels and linens are provided. The condo is a short walk to the beach. The host provided all of the beach gear that we needed as well. The weather didn't always cooperate, but she couldn't control that. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Amelia Island.

Hidden Gem

This is an amazing location. We had never visited Amelia Island and this condo was wonderful! Right on the beach. Beach was never crowded. Everything is close by. Cute little downtown shopping district. A quiet and relaxing getaway. March was still a little too early to swim in the pool, but would be great for April or May!

A terrific condo !!

Brandy, unfortunately two of us missed our flights and were unable to make the trip. However the two fellows who did make the trip were completely in love with the facility. I am told that verything was perfect. As for communications, I was amazed how quickly you (and your husband) responded. (I assume that you two sit in a office all day waiting for silly questions to come in email.) Thanks so very much for making such a beautiful facility available for others to enjoy. I hope to be lucky enough to take advantage of it next year. Gratefully, Graham Graham

Enjoying Fernandina

This unit was very clean and had everything you required for a pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable. Brandy is wonderful to deal with. Had an issue with booking and she resolved it in no time. Unfortunately, we had a small issue with something in the condo. I texted Brandy and the repairman was there in less than 10 mins and the problem was fixed with-in 30 mins. It is old-time good service. We will be back!!

Relaxing retreat

Convenient, clean, and comfy. Everything about the condo was as described. Downtown Fernandina was close by and Harris Teeter was a treat. The view and ocean breezes made morning walks and after dinner strolls wonderful.
