Jackie, dolphins passing by your window a couple of times a day is the kind of detail that turns an ocean view into something memorable. The water out front keeps putting on a show, so the invitation to come back and watch it again stands.

The space was perfect for our getaway to SW Florida. We were very excited for our return to Ft. Myers Beach. The condo was perfectly appointed, roomy enough for us and our 2 small dogs. The property was spotless, clean, and the people were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at EBTC. We look forward to our return.

Nice Trip

We had a nice vacation. Great communication with the property manager, responded very quickly when we had a question and also called to check on us during our stay. We appreciate the fact that we were able to bring our fur baby with us. Thank you!

Great spot!

Great location on the water...Limited restaurants (due to hurricane Ian and the rebuild going on). Kitchen was more like a kitchenette - not a complaint, just not viable for any longer than a week.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was less than what I expected. I talked with other renters there, and they paid about $500 less than I did.

Good

The place was good for what we needed. We had a lot of trouble with the lock, which was annoying. But we were able to get ahold of someone to help us when we got locked out even though it was Easter Sunday, so that was good. The floors weren’t super clean, we kept finding long hairs that didn’t belong to us and there was some sand (to be expected at the beach though) There also were no oven mitts, so we had to take things out of the oven with hand towels (not a huge deal to us, just a little weird that there weren’t any provided)Overall a good stay, I would just suggest that the lock be changed.
