Anna Maria Island is as beautiful as ever.

Your escape truly begins here.
Stunning bayfront getaway located on Anna Maria Island. Your paradise is located on picturesque Sarasota bay directly across from historic Cortez Village with beautiful sunrise views from your kitchen, café, dining, living rooms and private rooftop deck. A rare gem on the island with Bayfront views and a few steps to the tranquil Gulf beaches.

This paradise retreat has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find two master suites with king size beds, private full bathrooms and walk-in closets. An additional bedroom with two twin size beds, spacious closet and separate full bath. Luxury sheets and towels provided.

Cook to your hearts content. Whether you’re grilling or cooking, our fully stocked kitchen and propane grill has all the conveniences of home making meal time easy and convenient.

There is private covered parking, although once you park, you may never want to leave. Historic Bridge Street with restaurants, activities, fishing pier and boutique shopping are just around the corner. Hop on the free Anna Maria trolley. Sit back, relax, enjoy the view and leave the driving and parking to someone else. Hop on and off as often as you like. Several trolleys loop the island from Coquina Beach on the southern tip in Bradenton Beach up to the City Pier in the City of Anna Maria on the northern end of the island on a daily basis. The trolleys also run on most holidays.

Find tranquility at the beach with powdery sand and crystal turquoise waters, which are only a stone’s throw away. Rejuvenate in our supplied beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas or collect sea shells and watch the manatee, dolphin, and shorebirds. Complete your day with breathtaking sunsets and moonlit strolls.

Enjoy fishing on the dock while you dangle your toes in the water.

The private rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails with temperate breezes and an amazing panoramic view.

This is our home away from home and we hope it can be yours. We have everything you need. Just pack and relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was spotless, very clean, and nicely furnished. The easy access to the private dock and beautiful beach was incredible, and the fishing was fantastic every day. Perfect location for a relaxing family getaway. We highly recommend it!

Excellent location! The condo was wonderful. Everything you could need including beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas. Great views of the bay and a very short walk over to the beach. Roof top deck was great. Every message I sent Jim was answered quickly. We were really happy with our stay and would book again. I also appreciate that there wasn’t a list of chores to do for check out. It’s always annoying to pay a cleaning fee and then be asked to do all the cleaning! I recommend this condo.

Awesome location on the bay and a block from the beach. Excellent host that reached out multiple times to make sure our stay was going well. Excellent amenities with beach and fishing supplies and comfortable rooms. Great rooftop deck with a view of the bay for sunrises.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t have been better—it was literally right on the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted.The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and filled with natural light. We especially loved the multiple balconies and the rooftop deck off the loft, which offered incredible views and were perfect for relaxing.The host was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere that was this accommodating. The home had everything you could possibly need or want, from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home.One of the biggest bonuses was that beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies were included, which made our beach days so much easier and meant we didn’t have to pack or rent extra equipment.The surrounding area was also wonderful—peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a family getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation!

Couldn't see the beach, but the view of the bay was great. Didn't get to see any dolphins or manatees in the bay.

I'm glad you enjoyed the fabulous panoramic view of the bay. Dolphins and Manatees are very common in the bay but unfortunately hard to predict when they will appear. When you stay again, I can recommend a couple places you can walk to with a high probability of seeing both.

Great communication about listing leading up to the stay. Great views with pier for Bay access, the beach on the Gulf was great also. House was clean and had plenty of amenities

We stayed for almost a week and everything was wonderful! This was perfectly placed between the bay and the beach! Jim was very open with communication and instructions and made everything a breeze for our stay. Would love to come back!

Great place!

This was a great location and the condo was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable which is super important and very hard to find. Jim was an excellent host and all the beach supplies were available. Would definitely stay here again!

Family get away

Jim’s place is located .40 miles from Bridge street and super walkable to restaurants and the beach. He has everything you need for your stay. Easy check in and great communication . Will definitely stay again!
