We want to assure you that we do empty and refill it before each guest’s stay to ensure the water is fresh and clean. However, because we’re on well water, the iron content can occasionally fluctuate. When this happens, it can react with the disinfectant, giving the water a greenish tint—even though it’s completely clean and safe. That said, we’ve recently had our plumber make adjustments to the filtration system to help combat this issue, and we’ll have our maintenance team check the jets as well to ensure everything is working as it should. We truly appreciate you staying with us and would love to host you again anytime.
