This one bedroom apartment is located on one of Chelsea‘s best tree line Street. The apartment is completely renovated, located in 1910 brick brownstone architectural brownstone. It’s a rare oasis of quiet in a chaotic city, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, the Highline. Every major subway is a three minute walk from your front door.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in Manhattan and one of the most popular, for a good reason. Good blocks from the highline, meatpacking district, and there were 100 bars and restaurants shops in North within walking distance from your front door.

This is my part time living space, and my favorite apartment in New York. I need darkness and quiet to sleep, and if you need that, you can close the blinds. When you open them, you will see that the back windows overlook as in garden and trees. You have no neighbors in back of you. It’s a rare and special Situation in New York

There are two separate working spaces (and sleeping spaces, you’re a couch sleeper) Smart TVs in both room, super fast Wi-Fi.
