HERE you will find yourself to be at the center of the magical and enchanting fun capital of Florida with its endless list of attractions, restaurants, and family activities with all the major amusement parks just minutes away.

Interior recently painted, laminate flooring, porcelain tiled baths, beds and mattresses also recently replaced. The majority of other furnishings have also been replaced including NEW Refrigerator, New Range with built in Air Fryer and NEW front loading Washer and Dryer. Modern LED HDTV’s in all bedrooms and a large HDTV in the Living room with 250 channels of news, sports and entertainment at your fingertips. A Bluray/DVD player is also provided.

The townhouse is provided with linens, towels, hair dryers, iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils (pots/pans/dishes/cutlery), toaster, coffeemaker, blender, kettle, etc.

There are no nickel and dime extras to be imposed upon your stay. Resort facility use is FREE, Television is FREE, Telephone service throughout the United States and Canada is FREE. Wireless Internet service is FREE. Parking is FREE.

The Resort offers a huge beautiful swimming pool (heated), a hot tub, a play area for children including a new Splash Pad, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and bocce ball courts. There is a small lake for fishing. The Clubhouse has a gym, a games arcade and pool tables. Security guards on duty 24/7 at this beautiful gated community!

Great property manager and nice community

Wes was very helpful and kind when we needed to connect. The people we met at the pool were welcoming and fun. The property offered great kitchen utensils and cookware. The property outside was nicely groomed. An overall lovely time

A good stay

Wes was able to provide an early check in which helped us as we had an early flight in. Getting into the townhouse was a breeze. A few hiccups with cleanliness that we independently resolved although we did email with Wes to inform him. Resort was quiet and suited our needs.

Awesome property and property manager!

Wes was very communicative and responded when I had questions or needed anything. The property was nice and clean and suitable for my family of 6. The amenities at the townhomes are great as well. They have a tiki bar, pool, hot tub, spray park and regular park for children. They also have basket ball and a gym which I did not utilize but should have! Lol! I will definitely stay again next time we visit Florida!

Great place!

My family and I enjoyed our two weeks in this place. It was more than enough space for the 7 of us. Rooms were clean everything worked, tvs in all the rooms. It was great. The check in at the front gate was quick and easy and the communication with the host was as well he responded right away. I would definitely come back next year.

Literally Wes is the best host! The home was so wonderful! So clean Had everything we needed! Washer,dryer, umbrella for the beach , basketball for the court ! The pool and water park was amazing . Close to all the stores , and Publix! Great quiet area as well We will return every year!!

Perfect stay for our Disney World vacation.

We had a wonderful time in the Villas. Everything was just as Wes said it would be. I had some questions before we came and Wes responded right away. We brought our 6 grown children aged 15-25 it was perfect to have twin beds as they are not a keen on sleeping in the same bed now that they are older! There were plenty of towels and even pool towels it was nice to have 3 bathrooms never had any issues with waiting for one. It was easy to come and go the guards at the gate were super nice. The one thing i was worried about was having to checkin every time for each person. But it was simple. They gave us a pass for our cars and you just showed that and they let you in. We also had two local friends join us during the day when we are not in the parks and had plenty of room. I enjoyed the patio in the mornings it was nicely shaded. The Tiki bar was fun and affordable and the pool was great including the other guests. We enjoyed talking with people about their experience at the Villas. Everyone was happy with their stays. I will defiantly stay here again if we make it across the country in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay here.

Comfortable

I would definitely rent this house again. The neighborhood was peaceful. The house came with everything we needed for our stay with the exception of food of course. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the TV's. Wes was very detailed in his instructions which was very helpful .Disney and the Orlando outlet mall were nearby and easy to get to. Don't hesitate to rent this property.

Great time at a great place!

This cute quaint condo worked perfectly for our family. Great location in the resort! Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The resort is awesome! Lots to do for all ages. We stayed busy every single day. Highly recommend!
