From reservation to checkout the process was clear and smooth. Excellent communication with the host and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The unit was very clean and exactly as expected. The location was perfect, located right on the main strip and quick access to the beach.

Was perfect, but the upstairs can get a little hot during the day

Bed was comfy, sheets and towels were clean. Beach access and pools were wonderful! However, it does need some updates: ceiling paint peeling, LOUD refrigerator (pretty much making it impossible to sleep on the pullout sofa due to this). Appliances are old, but worked and were clean. At least three light bulbs were burned out and we were told would be changed, but weren’t. Would stay here again if on a limited budget because the BEACH makes it all worth it!!!

While we did enjoy our stay, the property was in need of some repairs mainly in the kitchen. Any time we cooked anything, including just using the toaster or boiling water, our smoke alarm would go off without there being any sort of smoke. We determined that we had to run the exhaust fan over the stove anytime we were using the kitchen to keep this from happening. Three of the burners on the stove didn’t lay flat and the big burner just sort of dangled which made cooking a little challenging. The counter under the sink wasn’t secured so if you leaned into it would push in, specifically the end nearest the dishwasher. The outlets in the kitchen hung from the walls and so we were nervous to use them.

Overall was a good stay. Our elevator wasn’t working going to 3rd floor so we had to use steps every time we left.
