The Space:
You’ll be within a mile of the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the scenic Deschutes River. Over the river, the Hayden Hills Amphitheater serves up live music and events set against the amazing views of the Cascade Range. The river itself is a destination for fun and adventure, with river tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding all exciting options. Stop off at the Deschutes Brewery and Bend Public House for a sampling of award-winning local brews. For the outdoor enthusiasts among you, Drake Park is just 3 miles away, a 13-acre park and one of Bend’s most popular community gathering spaces, hosting events all year long. There are also plenty of trailheads nearby for scenic hikes in and out of the Deschutes National Forest, or you can visit the extinct Pilot Butte volcano, a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the area. The Lava River Cave and Newberry National Volcanic Monument allow you to get close to active volcanic areas, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. For a day spent shopping, the Bend Factory Outlet Stores are less than 5 minutes north.

Head on into the kitchen where you’ll find it well-equipped with all major appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware for wherever your culinary endeavors may lead you.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedrooms #1 and #2 both include a comfortable queen size bed, mounted smart TV, and workspace with desk and chair.

Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom, inclusive of king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
• Pet friendly! Maximum of 3 Dogs, 65lbs lbs. or less. An additional flat pet fee of $35 per pet, per night will be included in your final booking cost. Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.

West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube. During the winter season, perfect location to set up base camp for ski/snowboarding at Mt Bachelor, its only 23 miles to Mt Bachelor, about a 32 minute drive.
