The stay started OK, with the wrong door code given, but the garage code worked (I suspect its never changed). However, things went awry once we actually needed help from the host. The week we were there, it was 90F in the summer. The advertised AC worked fine on the first day, but then stopped working and the upstairs became too hot to possibly sleep.Once notified, the host was responsive, but only with quick responses of "we will look into it" or "we will come up with a plan". I understand things can randomly break, but I do expect that after I tell you about a problem, you will do *anything* to address the problem (send someone to take a look, borrow a portable AC, anything). Ultimately, nobody ever came to take a look at the problem, we were effectively ignored. I suspect the host management company needs approval from the owners to do anything, and they never got approval? That is, they seemed responsive and professional, but were completely ineffective.I would not recommend this stay due to the risk of an unexpected problem derailing your stay, as it did ours. We ended up having to sleep in our cars for the first (hot) night as an emergency, and then at a nearby hotel at our own expense.
