We recommend anyone to visit the beach and the pool. Everything is very close. The property is fully equipped more than things we have at home. Kudos 👍

Spectacular

In front of hole # 4 (par 3) of the Palm Course. In the middle of everything. Of all the places I have stayed in Palmas, this is by far the best!!!

This property is large and can be given all excellents if a little bit more attention is paid to the unit. The sofa had dirt in between the seats , the bathroom door in master doesn’t close well. The table has rust spots on metal surfaces and the wall leading to bedroom porch has been peeled and scratches. It was an awesome unit and we had everything we needed!!!!

The bed mattresses are very hard.The front door and windows are very dusty.It needs a deep clean.The door locks don't work properly and the door gets stuck on the floor.

Working Vacation

The condo is as advertised within walking distance to the beach and pool. A/C in each room worked great …but it was grimy you could tell this is a well used rental / the master blankets and sheets were stained as were the pillow cases / we found linens in the closet but it was still kinda gross/ the refrigerator is just old with rust in the freeezer?(somehow)// Not that you would rent this place just to hang out but if you did want to lounge just be prepared the furniture is well used and uncomfortable. Like I said if your just going to party on the beach and swim in the pool it’s ok but if you just want a place to unwind and lounge around ….nope.

I loved the location of the property since I have small children we had plenty of outside space to play safely! I also loved it was walking distance to the beach and pool! The kitchen was great for the ocassion and my family since it was very functional. I was disappointed that I had to clean the floors when we arrived. But all in all, we absolutely loved it!

Oceanside

This property is within a hundred yards of the beach, only one hole of the golf course between the villa and the beach. It is a sandy, walkable beach but you can't be on it after dark (at least this time of year) because of turtle nesting. The resort of Palmas del Mar is a huge complex but is kind of in the middle of nowhere so you definitely need a car to get places. The villa itself I'd give an A-. A few small repairs are needed but for the most part things were good.
