Perfectly Small House

Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Came with toys and bowls for the dog while we’re here. The hot tub was clean and perfect. Room and overall house was spotless and cozy. Will be booking again soon

Perfect area for bikers to access the Little Miami bike trail. Just 1 mile away. House is very clean and comfortable. Lots of extra touches you don’t get at other rentals!

One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at! The host was amazing and the house was so welcoming! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! We enjoyed the hot tub and the house was so clean and nice with everything you need and more!

Wonderful place with all the comforts of home, plus tiny details to make the stay perfect. The house is spotless, cleaner than any hotel. Host communication was fantastic and they happily allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend for your stay in Xenia!

The description of this listing is accurate! It is a perfect, small house. We loved staying here this weekend-everything was immaculately clean, and the hospitality was something we hadn’t experienced with even a high end hotel stay. We will most certainly be return guests when we are back in the area!

The property was perfect for our trip. Clean and comfortable for two people. Having a hot tub to soak in after bike rides was amazing.Bonnie was so accommodating and responsive. She really made the stay wonderful.

A lovely small home with everything we needed, it was in a convenient location to town and the Athletes in Action campus, where we needed to be. Comfortable and modern, we would stay here again.

The house was clean, the garage was handy to use to store bikes on the car rack and auto. The host made the stay very enjoyable by providing candy in a dish, clean towels,hot tub clean, etc. We utilized the laundry this time, nice to return home with clean clothes. This is the 4th. time we stayed @ the perfect small house, always a good experience.

Once again, Bonnie’s hospitality can’t be beat. The place was spotless. She provided extras that made us feel welcome. Have stayed here multiple times and would not hesitate to stay again. Pet friendly, fenced in back yard, red carpet treatment.
