With it's open living and dining area, kitchen, den and on the first floor this house is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. Grab a coffee or cocktail and sit out on the expansive screened in porch boasting gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Want to walk down to the water? Crosswinds has a right of way down to a beautiful pebbly beach for some swimming or sunbathing. Feeling like you'd like some privacy instead? Not only is there a beautiful fenced in veranda right outside of the den area but there is also a rooftop deck right off of the primary bedroom with some comfy seats for some extra ocean views. And with all 3 bedrooms upstairs you're sure to feel right at home.
Feeling like exploring the islands? Crosswinds is within walking distance to most local amenities such as the world famous Cribstone Bridge, Cooks Lobster and Ale House, The Salt Cod Cafe, H20 Outfitters and the Island Candy Store.
