Less than two miles from airport, Ag Center fairgrounds and Sierra Nevada brewery. Unwind in the WNC Mountains in this comfortable three bedroom, two bath. This newly remodeled mountain home is the best place to vacation. Enjoy the amenities of AC, free WiFi, full kitchen and Dish TV. 3 bedrooms feature a King bed, a Queen and a twin bunk set. All bedrooms have blackout shades or drapes for a great nights sleep in this very quiet location. Living room has great sofas and art throughout the home to help make you feel right at home. And a huge fenced front yard . Our thoughtfully equipped full modern kitchen allows you to cook in if you choose to. But there are many great award winning restaurants nearby to choose from also. The spacious lot feels like an estate and is not visible from primary road adding to the privacy of this special location. Paved Lane with just 3 houses. We are your neighbor when we are here. During season we are happy to share our veggie garden with you and tour our extensive flower gardens. Your pet is happily considered with a small pet fee. We have recently completed a totally fenced front yard space. Book us now! We have owned vacation rental homes for 20 years in St. Augustine, Fl with 100's of 5 star reviews ( #408813 and 726115). Although this is our first mountain rental we have lived in this region for almost 30 years and are happy to be able to offer you a vacation rental in the mountains of western North Carolina and we look forward to hosting you at your home away from home in the mountains. Pet dogs are considered with a $100 pet fee. no cats.

This house is a wonderful stay and perfect location between Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard. The owners are local and wonderfully responsive. They even shared the bounty of their garden.

The house was exceptionally clean and the neighborhood was so quiet. It can be a little tricky finding the property at night and in the rain, but Deborah gave excellent directions so we found it quickly. I'd definitely stay here again!

We simply love this home! WE have rented the home while competing in the Blue Ridge Classic Cluster (dog show) This is our second time renting from the owners, and I have to say it's our "Good Luck" home away from home...This year proved to be no different as we won best of breed several times, and topped it off with a Best in Specialty Show! We are so lucky to have found this place!!!! Giant thank you!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. We were in town for a wedding and this house had absolutely everything we needed! We met the host upon check in and everything went so smooth the entire stay. House had everything one would need and it was super clean with the most comfortable beds! This extremely comfortable home offers an oasis from Asheville's action. Its hosts are friendly, informative, and available without being intrusive. The charming decor includes thoughtful placement of everything from furnishings (that handy porch table for setting down groceries to unlock the door!) to kitchen supplies, and even includes niceties like plentiful coffee filters and paper towels. It's spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling (no fake scents), with top-notch bed linens, fluffy towels, comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is quiet yet convenient to restaurants, the airport, and highways. It's a super spot!

We loved the whole stay. Meeting the hosts was a real pleasure. The house was lovely. Well appointed, fully stocked with everything you would need for a complete stay. Decorated like a cottage you'd like to have for yourself. All in all, a great choice

Cute Cottage Close to Asheville Airport

The cottage is in a quiet, rural area. We loved that it was less than two miles from the Asheville Airport, very easy access for any early morning flight. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby in Fletcher and South Asheville. We loved the Fletcher Bakery around the corner. The property manager was very responsive and helpful for our questions. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great home very convenient to the WNC Ag Center and airport yet feels tucked away and very quiet when you're in and around the home. Convenient to grocery, necessity shopping, some neighborhood restaurants, and an excellent bakery. Owners were extremely nice and responsive, and live right there with a beautiful large yard for kids to run around. We usually shy away from places that allow pets due to cleanliness and allergies but this home was extremely clean and if there had been pets before, we never would have known. We'll be back next year!

Thank you for the lovely review of our cottage. It is exactly as you described. And although convient to everything it is very private. We are careful about the pets we allow and appoint extra cleaning when pets have been in the house. Due to allergy concerns we do accept cats. Thank you for booking with us and taking your time to write a review. It means a lot to us. See you next year.

We had a wonderful family time in Fletcher. We went to go visit the Apple festival and this cozy little cabin was perfect for our family. We will definitely return. The host were attentive, informative, and so great thank you for a wonderful family vacation and stay.

We take a lot of pride in how we manage and equip our rentals. We have 100s of five star reviews to stand behind us. This property will prove to be the same.

We bought the little garden cottage next door to us. We sit on two acres and the cottage is on 3/4. It is the perfect guest house for us and vacation rental for you. It is easy for us to manage and we love sharing our gardens with friends, family and guests. My husband is a musician with his studio on our property and it is often a traveling musician staying in the cottage.

Location, location, location. The acreage provides lots of privacy. We are not visible from the main road on a paved lane with only three houses. We are the third. You will be in the second. That also adds to the privacy. But.....we are close to absolutely everything....shopping, breweries, , Asheville Airport, DT Asheville, Biltmore, NC Arboretum, NC State Ag Center, Hendersonville, Waynesville, Brevard, waterfalls, hiking, restaurants, and so much more. It's the perfect location.
