Overall the condo was very clean and perfect for our family. The price was great and having direct access to a pool and the beach was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach view. Had all the amenities you need. Bedding was super comfy. This place is on the east bay, so it's a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Communication from the host was great. There's a boat ramp right next to the property that may come in handy for some travelers.

This was such a perfect spot for a Michigan trip. The condo overlooks the lake and you can walk right down to the beach. The views are amazing and you're right across the street from a couple of restaurants and close to a bunch of good spots on Front st. We'll definitely stay here again when we're back.

Would stay here again

The condo was very nice. Great location was just a few step from beach wife and i had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice king size bed. Will definitely stay here again

Perfect space, very clean and maintained. Communication with management was always prompt. The view of the bay and beach are was spectacular. Lot of little touches that made thw stay feel very welcoming and relaxing. Definitely will stay here again.

My mom and I stayed in 218 for our annual girl's trip to Traverse City! The unit had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the living room had a beautiful view of lake Michigan!

Grout in the bathroom needs to be cleaned, looks terrible. The balcony needs a good cleaning to get rid of all the spider debris. I had to sleep in the recliner because the mattress sags in the middle and hurt my back the first night. Otherwise, it was great

Everything went fine. View was amazing. Nice walking right onto the beach. Communication with the host was excellent. Easy to get in and response times were great. The only thing is it could have been cleaner. Cobwebs in the lamps and corners of the ceiling here and there. Outside of the building was pretty bad. Refrigerator had a a noise when it ran that was very annoying. So the appliances needed updating is an understatement. But overall was a quiet and pleasant stay.

This condo is really comfortable and stocked with necessities (although dishes and glasses were somewhat sparse, meaning you have to hand wash or use the dishwasher for just a few things). This felt odd since there were tons of cooking utensils. Otherwise, the view is wonderful, the complex has a deeper beach than most of the other buildings on that part of the bay, and nice lawn chairs and beach towels. Late May/early June was a great time to be there. Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves. The noise due to being on a main street that the listing warned of never materialized. Maybe it's louder in the summer or winter, but it was very peaceful at night while we were there. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.
