A sound machine is provided for peaceful rest, and a pack and play is available for families. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa and twin rollaway bed offer space for up to five guests in total.

The bright and refreshed bathroom includes a walk-in shower a large soaking tub and pedestal sink, along with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For added convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer — perfect for extended stays or beach day clean-ups.
Please Note: It is NOT a jetted tub, it is a soaking tub only.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for meal prep with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You can dine at the breakfast bar or inside at the dining table — or step out to the patio for a relaxing meal with a view of the bay.

If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.
☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.
