Very comfortable, clean and good parking access. Good location to Main Street for shopping and dining. Hosts were available and very responsive.

Property was exactly what we wanted. Loved the backyard, inside is updated and fresh, the beds were very comfortable. The location is a quick 2 min walk to Main Street and a few blocks to the beach. Communication was quick and the owner was very helpful when we had questions. Thanks!

Great location, nice house. Clean. Host communicated well. Description states 2 queens in one room and 2 doubles in another and 3 doubles in a bunk room. This is inaccurate. There is one queen, and one double and a twin over a double in the bunk room. Not sure if it was a glitch but the number of sleeping spaces was double what was there in reality. Consequently one person slept on the couch. Also, given this inaccuracy the house was over priced for what was actually there.

Property was spotless, well equipped, everything worked perfectly, super comfortable for a family gathering, and the host was kind and easy to contact/communicate with.

Great beach property

Great location. One block from restaurants and a few blocks to the beach. Very nice home with plenty of room. Quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time at The Catherine. We didn’t have great weather for our short stay, but we really enjoyed the clean, quaint, well equipped home. The location is ideal. Easy walk to the beach, shops, and cafes. Check-in and communication with host was super easy. We would definitely stay again!

This was such a great house. We stayed for a wedding for the weekend. It was perfect. Great location, close to restaurants and stores. the house was clean and had most things we needed. They had some cute snacks and k cups already there for us. Will definitely rent this house again.

The Catherine is a lovely property and it has everything you need for a great stay. Check in was easy and Dave was an excellent host. He had great recommendations and was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. We really enjoyed grilling out back and eating at the picnic table outside. The huge island was an ideal spot for us to eat inside too! The outside shower was a great shower and so convenient after a day at the beach. It was a really good experience and we’ll definitely consider it for future stays in Bradley Beach.

We had a wonderful trip! 10/10 location, so walkable to beach and town and drive able to great places too. David was so kind and responsive. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
