The house is in great condition and was stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. We loved how all the laundry supplies, towels, sheets, etc. were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking for 5 cars. Just a great place for a family vacation.

Great location for a beach wedding

We stayed here for a family wedding at the beach and the location was great. Easy to get to the beach, comfortable house, plenty of amenities and space, and the owners were very responsive. Really good home for families. Quiet neighborhood too.

Great rental!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay visiting family in a nearby town. Beach was a short walk away and enjoyed the restaurants and pubs for St Patrick’s Day just a couple of blocks away. The rental was just as described and plenty of room for the 8 of us!!

Fun in Lake Como

The home is very well appointed - in furnishings, kitchenware. It very spacious - both in the size of bedrooms ( good mattresses too!) but also in the common areas. Lovely and great communication between owners leading up/post vacation.

Absolutely perfect!

Stayed for a long weekend with girlfriends for our 40th HS reunion. House was perfect! We each had our own bedroom, and the spacious kitchen/living area and back patio were amazing gathering spots. The location is ideal - a quick walk to Main Street and to the beach. The hosts are amazing communicators and extremely accommodating! Highly recommend!

Excellent owner/hosts

The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished/equipped. Kim and Mike were extremely accessible and responsive, from booking to departure, and wonderful in accommodating a few extra requests. While we were there in November for an event, this house and location [included off-street parking, which is at a premium in season] would be super for a family summer vacation in Belmar -- which has been my favorite "down the shore" town for the past 60 years.

Great spot for families with small kids!

Beautiful house in good location and well appointed. Kim and Mike are great hosts and are super responsive. The house has two pack and plays and two highchairs. The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and was a perfect little extra "room" for our daughter in the crib. There is a great playground a block away and a straight shot walk to the beach. Very close to main street and some markets and restaurants. Everything is comfortable and little backyard area is private. It is a great place to stay!

Lovely Home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Kim and Mike provided great communication and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was clean and met all of our expectations. We especially enjoyed the open concept between the kitchen, dining area and family room. The gas fireplace was used and enjoyed especially with temps outside at 7 degrees. It added an extra layer of comfort.

Perfect Beach House

My family and I have been coming to the Jersey shore for 20 years. (I am originally from this area)This was the best beach house we’ve rented by far. It was spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. It was ideal for our family of 6 and extended visiting family. It was also walking distance to the beach which was an added bonus! The owners were very helpful and responsive. Thank you Kim and Mike! We would love to come back next time we are in New Jersey! The Kloss Family

Lake Como house

Owners were great. House was clean & well equipped. Plenty of room for my husband and me, our 3 adult children + their spouses. Walking distance to the beach. Check with the owner regarding beach towels. - We were in town for a wedding, so no time to swim. Didn’t see beach towels, but they could have been tucked away in a closet. I highly recommend this house.

Thank you for sharing your house with us for the holidays!

Your house was so much more than we expected, beautiful and fully appointed. And the Christmas tree and other decorations were lovely and unexpected and made our holiday so special. My family is a bit scattered so this was a perfect location for us to gather. This was our first experience renting and it couldn't have been better. Thank you, Kim and Mike, for your wonderful home, for being so attentive, and even for the cookies! I hope we will see you again. Happy New Year!

Nice Home

The home was beautiful and the perfect size for our cousin's reunion. We did have some trouble as the refrigerator was not working and therefore some of our food went bad but they were very responsive in bringing over another fridge and having the one in the house repaired within 2 days. There was also a shortage of toilet paper and paper towels in which we needed to purchase our own after one night's stay. Overall though, the property was beautiful and we would love to plan a stay during the summer months to enjoy the beach! Thanks for everything!
