Charming Downtown Laguna Beach Cottage-beach across street/town 1 block

Cottage House is one block to beach and one block to downtown. Central air conditioning and heating. It's the perfect location for a Laguna Beach vacation. 3 Bedroom, 2 baths, two master bedroom suites each with bathroom en suite and a Ca king bed. Queen Sleeper sofa in living, third small bedroom with a twin size bed. Kitchen and master bath with all the modern conveniences. The house has dishwasher, laundry and patios including outdoor BBQ and large private patio on the front of the house with lots of outdoor furniture. The house includes parking on-site. During the summer the free trolley service is available to take you north or south anywhere in town and beyond. The bus stop for both directions is right across the street from the house on PCH. Everything (beach across the street, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.) are within walking distance from the house. You can park your car on the property and walk everywhere. If you need additional onsite free parking, a 2nd parking spot may be available upon request. Contact the owner.

Met Sara (the owner) personally and she was nice and helpful with travel and food purchase recommendations.Place was very clean and kitchen worked very well.Location was excellent to be a block from PCH and 2 blocks from the ocean. Easy to get to shops and places to eat, along with easy to get to Pageant of the Masters.Well worth it.

We completely enjoyed every aspect about our stay!! The house was very clean, organize and well eqipped!! It was very comfortable and located in such an amazing location. We would definitely want to stay there again, sometime in the future.

Excellent stay

Great location, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, just as advertised. House had everything we needed. Only complaint would be lack of comfortable living room furniture for five of us to sit and visit for the evening after our walking tours of Laguna.

Hi Lori, thanks for your review. It's appreciated. I would like to clarify the furniture setup in the living room for future guests. The living room is open plan and quite large. It has a 3 seater leather couch (converts to a queen sleeper if needed) and 2 comfortable wicker chairs with seat and back cushions. In addition there are 7 dinning room chairs that can be used as extra seating around the fireplace.

This cottage is immaculately kept and absolutely beautiful! Perfectly placed within walking distance to everything you’d want to see. Comfy beds to sleep in and overall just lovely.
