Excellent accommodation. Kids loved the pool as well as the ping pong and pool table. Great space for family. Nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back again when visiting family again. Thanks Beth

We had a hard time getting the technology to sync. The property had a locked linen closet so we only had 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person I wasn’t crazy about drying off at the pool then using a wet towel for shower. The washing machine had a hanky smell - it may be because of San Diego humidity Overall it was a fairly clean, quiet place to stay. We felt safe.

The home was mostly acceptable but had a few flaws that were hard to overlook.The bed in the master bedroom has been molded to the shape of others. Made for not a lot of restfull sleep.The pool table is rickety and unbalanced. Cardboard was placed under the legs to attempt leveling, but the effort did not create the desired affect.Lastly the kitchen was a little under whelming. No complimentary coffee, makes the first morning after a long day on the road sad. Could also use a strainer

There was a problem with the cleaning crew and only 1 bed was usable when we arrived. The host was as responsive as possible and delivered clean bedding to the house at 9:30PM.

Great family retreat

Host was very kind and helpful. Perfect place for our family vacation. Close to paces we wanted to visit in SanDiego. Pool was super fun.

While the property looked great in the listing photos, the reality was completely different. The overall cleanliness was lacking; the couches looked dirty, the kitchen was poorly maintained, and we actually chose not to use the utensils because they didn’t look clean. Additionally, there was no cutting board, the pool table was old and unusable, and the grill was literally falling apart. I could go on, but ultimately, it's a case of "you get what you pay for." The only real saving grace was that the neighborhood itself was nice and quiet.

This place is amazing! Easy check in. Host is always available and a very kind. Kitchen has everything you may think you need. I recommend it100%. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

Pretty solid stay overall. The property was as reflected in the listing. Would recommend a somewhat more robust process around check-in, but otherwise, all good.

TopGun Soccer Tournament

The owner answered right away if we had any issues or questions. I had all my 13 players and parents there after the games everyone had a blast. If we comeback again we can’t go wrong booking this house again

The host was very nice, the pool table was gross and not useable, the bed was comfortable, plenty of clean towels and bedding, had to call to get a code to use the tv in the living room, front door is pretty hokey, definitely needs to be more secure. Nowhere in the listing was it implied that you had to pay to use the hot tub!

Great house for family get together

Neighborhood is safe and very quiet. The layout of the house provided sleeping for everyone and having the garage as a game space for the kids made for great stay. Note: you have to pay to heat the pool and hot tub. As stated pay to heatedheated, so

Ram was very helpful and responded quickly to requests. We felt like the floors and kitchen shelves in cabinets and drawers could have been cleaner. The towel rack on shower door in master bath was broke. It would also be nice to have a safety handle in master bath to help get in and out of. A shelf in the hall shower would be nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Overall, the place met our needs well and we would come back to visit again.

Didn’t realize there was a 50 per day charge for heating the hot tub and 100 per day for the pool. That was disappointing. The front door had no door handle and getting in was a nightmare. The back , side, and front yard were a mess.

The pool was nice when we walked into the house. There was a pool table upon entrance too in the dining room space. The house appeared clean but the floor was dusty, if barefoot . We weren’t comfortable using the dishes at first because the cabinets were dirty. There were left open packages of flour and sugar not sealed or thrown in the trash. Mugs were chipped. The accommodations say it sleeps eight but in reality it was six adults. One of our guests had to bring her own air mattress to sleep on. The host came by to set up the heater for the pool and jacuzzi. He was more accessible by phone than text. There is a charge of 100 per day to use the heated jacuzzi and pool but you need to contact him to set it up. Netflix was available from Apple Play remote not the remote that says Netflix. The host had to show us how to use it. The pool table is in the living room but the glass table accommodates six, not eight if you plan to eat at the table or do any kind of games, activities. One pool stick was chipped and the others did not have the cushion. Non ADA compatible as there are steps as you enter the house into each entrance. Definitely got to watch your step in the garage too. Need to be able to get into pool without handle.Shower door in the master bedroom was loose and fell off. BBQ looked gross on outside. The house and backyard can use a touch up. Overall, it was a nice house and the host was kind and helpful. On a good note, plenty of shopping, food nearby.

Our time

Great stay, convenient for us, and good neighborhood. Hot tub nicepool table needs work, cue sticks in horrible state. I would get a new table or take it out all together. Dishes, cups and mugs were a challenge not many cups to use. Ended up getting disposable ones and dishes in dishwasher were dirty when we arrived
