Stunning but homey Lower Deer Valley townhouse, featuring modern designer furnishings and high end finishes. Experience the perfect ski vacation in this 2,150 sq ft 3 bedroom townhouse which features a gourmet kitchen with a professional 6 burner Wolf stove & oven, Brazilian granite counters, Subzero fridge and a dining area that seats 8. A Weber gas grill is provided on private deck if you fancy grilling apres ski. Large glass French doors lead to a south facing private hot tub with a spectacular view of Little Baldy Mountain.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the high vaulted-ceiling great room - guests can relax in the warmth of the gas fireplace and enjoy wonderful natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Cheer on your favorite team while watching the 55'' flat screen HDTV. There is an extensive list of upgrades in this property including remodeled bathrooms with exotic granite counters and radiant heat flooring.

This prime lower Deer Valley location in Aspenwood is minutes to the Deer Valley Silverlake and Carpenter chairlifts and steps to shuttle connecting Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts and Main Street dining attractions. Shuttles average once every 7 minutes year round. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable bedding and with cable HDTV in the master bedroom and the guest bedrooms. There is also a central humidifier to alleviate discomfort from the dry climate. The town home is equipped with Wi-Fi access. A printer is provided for your convenience such as printing boarding passes. Washer and dryer in unit.

Beautiful Cozy Place to Stay

Great time in the mountains

We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute. The unit is wonderful and in a great location. The kitchen has every thing you need. We look forested to our next stay.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great spot about halfway between Main St. and Snow Park at lower Deer Valley. We would happily stay here again.

Best house ever for access to Deer Valley & Park City

This house is so wonderful. It is equipped with everything you need. It is clean and simply beautiful. Kathryn was so helpful with questions we had. She was quick to respond. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the snow fall. One of the best parts is that it is a five minute drive to the Deer Valley parking lot or skier drop off and also a five minute drive the other direction to Park City. You can use the shuttle service!! We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Amazing place

Amazing stay

This was a perfect place for skiing Deer valley and visiting Park City. The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Can't beat the easy access to Snow Park base via shuttle or bus that picks up right outside the unit.

Deer Valley Convenience

This booking was for a group of friends annually going on ski trips. It was our first time in Deer Valley as a group, and the townhouse did not disappoint. It is very convenient to the Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City, Utah. Great amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and hot tub! We would go back.

Best rental in Deer Valley!

We spent years going to Deer Valley and this home rental is the best yet! It is so well appointed with an in home humidifier, excellent location and great communication from the owner Joanne to the property manager Kathryn. This home has a kitchen to Love, and space for everyone to feel connected yet find time for themselves. Thank you Joanne for sharing your beautiful home!!!

30 days of hiking and concerts

Everything in this home is fabulous and high quality. The location and views are amazing....gorgeous mountain views from the hot-tub on the deck. State-of-the-art everything. We spent the whole month of August, 2013 in this home. What a privilege! Thanks.

Great townhouse & very close to Snow Park Lodge

This is a great townhouse very close to Snow Park Lodge. The unit has an awesome kitchen! The shuttle is directly in front of the entrance to Aspenwood. You don't even need a car! One day, we even walked back from skiing. It is perfect for families with children. Loved the unit & the location. The owner was very nice & easy to work with. We would definitely return next year!!!

Perfect Deer Valley Condo

We had a wonderful time at this Aspenwood condo in Deer Valley. The space was perfect for our family with plenty of bedroom space for the kids. The kitchen is top of the line, and open to the family room which made it a great place to gather. The private hot tub on the deck felt amazing after a long day of skiing. Location-wise, this is the next best option after ski-in/out. You are a quick 2 minute shuttle/bus ride away, and the bus stop is directly out the front door. We even walked back one day (w/ skis and ski boots) due to holiday traffic getting out of the resort. During our stay we had a couple questions that were immediately answered by the property manager, even after hours. Great communication from the PM as well as Joanne the owner leading up to check-in and throughout the stay. I can't recommend this condo enough! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your townhome!

Lovely townhouse Deer Valley

This location was perfect for trips to the ski hill and for walking into town. Unit was cosy, clean and well furnished. It worked well for our family of 6.

Fantastic Place!

The owner was very responsive and welcoming to their home. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to Deer Valley. Only piece to be aware of is the email I received for check in came through my junk folder. So remember to check that if you stay here.

Great Ski Vacation

We had a great time at this townhouse -- everything was perfect for our family of 5 with ample space, bedrooms and bathrooms for all! Kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything needed including spices, plastic wrap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Great location to ski at DV or get to Main Street. Hope to be back next year!

Awesome Deer Valley condo

We just returned from a week stay at Joanne's condo and it was great! 5 stars all around. The location was a short bus ride to Snow Park Base Lodge (2 stops) and the bus stopped right out on the street in from top the condo. The condo was on the main road, but it was remarkably quiet inside, Everything was clean and in order, the master bed mattress was comfortable and the condo was exactly as it appears in the photos. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Deer Valley since 2000, when we immediately fell in love with the mountain, not only for its varied terrain, but also for the delicious food and stellar service.
Every year we invite our friends to ski with us. Last year was the most fun ever! With 11 people, it was rambunctious but a fantastic time.

We'd been looking at homes since we started skiing in Park City. When we finally discovered this place, it was love at first sight. The location was ideal (easy access to the mountain and to the town), the decor was absolutely beautiful, and there was more than enough space (even for 11 people!).

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

After a long day of skiing or hiking, we love to sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine, cheese and berries. I've found it to be one of the most relaxing experiences ever.
