We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great, and we would definitely recommend it. The only thing to keep in mind is parking. If you're driving a larger vehicle, like a full-size SUV, plan on parking on the street, as the parking space is pretty tight. Other than that, we loved it and would happily stay again!

This condo has the BEST location with everything within walking distance. The parking was super tight and I ended up not parking my 4Runner in the garage. We found a spot on the street. Everything was clean, but there was a bag of trash on the kitchen counter when we got there.

Beautiful beach front rental!! The view is amazing and I’ll definitely be back. So clean and bed was super comfortable. My family loved it and the beach is literally steps away.

We loved our time on the beach and when I say ON the beach, it’s literally just across one small pathway. It was perfect for us and all of our kid sand toys and tents that we brought as the distance was so easy and it was very accessible. The garage made it easy for parking and the rooms provided beach towels and beach chairs Incase you needed/wanted them which was a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you!

You can’t beat the location, close to the pier and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Very relaxing to start and end the day on the patio. And having a spot in the garage was a huge bonus as parking was jammed in the nearby neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Pismo Beach. 10/10!!

Great stay

Stairs are a workout but the view is beautiful. Place was comfortable, clean and stocked with towels and items you can use at the beach (chairs, towels etc)

Lovely Stay in Pismo

First time to Pismo. Enjoyed the location and view. Access to restaurants and beach activities was wonderful. Management was easy to contact with questions.

Stunning location, fabulous facilities, super clean. We are definitely going to be coming back and enjoying this beautiful place. Hearing the ocean as you wake up, what more could you want!

Matches Description

Great location with roar of the ocean to help you fall asleep at night. Bonus of off-street parking (smaller cars) and great windows viewing the beach and pier in all directions.
