Great stay

Stairs are a workout but the view is beautiful. Place was comfortable, clean and stocked with towels and items you can use at the beach (chairs, towels etc)

Nice stay but had issues

No instructions on how to use remotes. There were 2 and the property manager kept insisting there was a HDMI button and I sent them pics of remote and checked tv. Didn’t have any tv night 1. 2nd night limited to local channels bc direct tv box not working. Size of shampoo, etc was good for 1 night. Not 2 adults/ 2 nights.

Lovely Stay in Pismo

First time to Pismo. Enjoyed the location and view. Access to restaurants and beach activities was wonderful. Management was easy to contact with questions.

All about the view

This is an awesome place to stay thanks to the amazing view. You have a front row seat on the beach, with the building extending further out onto the beach than any other so it's like you're alone in a treehouse. The sound of the ocean is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony (though there is no shade or table for eating). My kids enjoyed talking the people walking by from the balcony. The condo itself is fine, clean and serviceable, but not exceptional (think popcorn ceilings with costco furniture). Great blackout curtains. There is parking but not very convenient for loading and unloading as everything must be carried through parking garage, through garage door, around building down sidewalk, then up at least two flights of stairs. The microwave smelled like burning electrical wires so we didn't use it, the carpet needed to be replaced. We were grateful for use of the washing machine in the garage. Overall I would recommend it with some caveats regarding accessibility. It is a reasonably good value considering the view but you are definitely paying for the view.

Vacation!

We loved this unit! Lots of natural sunlight and excellent view of the ocean and beach! Very spacious. Jenny and Kim were very friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach stay without the sand

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pismo on the Beach. A minor suggestion: It would have been helpful to know that the unit had a drip coffeemaker. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Paradise in Pismo!!

The unit itself is beautiful and spacious! The balcony views are breathtaking. Loved how close everything is including the short walk to the beach. You get a good workout walking up to the top, however, well worth it! Will be booking with them again!

Great long weekend on Pismo Beach

We were in town for a memorial weekend wedding in San Luis Obispo and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Condo was outstanding. We went to bed listening to the waves all night long, and woke up to drinking morning coffee watching the surfers from our balcony. Hope to return some day.

Great oceanfront experience

Beautiful views of ocean, coast and pier. Short walk to fun shops and restaurants. Great communication from owners. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience.

Great stay!

The location could not be better! The view of the beach is the entire length of the apartment. Lots of space. The hosts are ABSOLUTELY hilarious. I happened to run into them when we were coming back from a walk on the beach and they were a breath of fresh air after traveling across country with three little kids who were bickering the entire time!

Amazing Condo

Unit was very clean and fantastic location. Grilled some steaks on one of the shared bbq’s one of the nights. It was a quality Weber grill and obviously kept clean. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed listening to the ocean as we fell asleep. Made breakfast in the kitchen the next morning. There is one sofa sleeper in the living room and sofa sleeper in the Master, neither of which we used. I am already thinking about a return trip. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Ocean property

The views from this property are absolutely amazing! Customer support was wonderful as well. Great location with the beach right out front, and restaurants and attractions all within short walking distances. A wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach Rental

I cannot recommend this rental enough. The location is amazing - right on the beach and at the beginning of the boardwalk. Easy to walk everywhere and amazing ocean sounds at night. The apartment is well-equipped with beach towels and chairs as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and balcony is incredible. We had trouble with the wifi when we checked in and Kim and Jenny took care of it immediately. I wouldn't hesitate at all to stay here again!

Fabulous location and space

Loved having the space to spread out. Comfortable seating. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee and watching the surfers was so relaxing and enjoyable - exactly what we needed for the drop off of my son to CP. It would have been nice to have a stool to get in and out of the tall bed (I'm only 5'2") and had to climb in and slide off the edge of the bed to the floor. The bed was comfortable, tough. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We loved the condo it was perfect for us. The location can’t be beat we walked everywhere, shops restaurants are so close. The views and deck were perfect, hearing the waves nonstop. Kitchen well stocked however we didn’t cook. We loved the huge bedroom and comfy bed with a slider to the deck. Our new spot when in Pismo!
