Spacious year-around air conditioned / radiant heat, completely renovated home that was built in 1830. Fully Furnished Family Friendly 4+ bedroom home for 8-10 adults with stunning views.

Spectacular setting with room to roam. Private sitting area with dock and boat slips accommodating up to 3 boats. Swim, soak in the sun and enjoy the use of inflatables, kayaks and row boat. Relaxing evenings with the choice of three fire pits (lake shore, front deck and back yard). Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill located on porch off kitchen.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and cookware. Coffee Bar with Keurig and traditional coffee machine. Just about anything you can think about from toaster to popcorn maker. 65” Roku TV. Full size stackable washer and dryer located in the kitchen, behind bi-fold doors.

For dining, choose between a full dining room, kitchen island or outside on the patio / back yard dining tables.

3 full bathrooms with walk in showers, fully stocked with bath towels, toilet paper and hand soap.

First floor:
Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room Family Room, Bedroom #1 with a queen bed and 1 full bathroom. * extra inflatable queen bed available.

Second Floor:
Bedroom # 2, 3 & 4 – One king, one queen and 2 twin beds.

This beautiful lake house was amazing. Our family enjoyed the spacious lawn, fire pit, garage party room, gorgeous kitchen, living rooms, dining, I could go on and on. The view and waterfront are stunning! We can’t wait to come back again!

This house--built in 1830 has had a complete interior renovation. The kitchen is fully equipped and up to date. All three bedrooms are well maintained and comfortable; the grounds are lovely. If I had a suggestion, it would be to add "grab bars" in the first floor shower. For older folks (like me) they are very reassuring. During our stay we welcomed a friend and his three sons (aged 11, 8 &5) who loved the kayaks!

The house and property was very clean, set up well and obviously cared for. Kitchen was great - plates, glassware, pots/pans, silverware, etc and lots of basic supplies. Everything worked as described. Bathrooms were clean and worked great. AC was excellent. The firepit out back was beautiful, the game room in the garage was awesome, the dock/boat area very nice and had a beautiful view of the lake. Yard was great for the kids to play. Gas fire out front was nice at night too. The host was very friendly and accommodating, offering early check in and late check out as needed. We had an outstanding trip and are hoping to stay here again in the future.

Our family enjoyed everything about this home! The property is beautiful and large enough for family games. The bedrooms were all extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and a great place to hang. We loved sitting around the dock too, enjoying the sun and the lake. A great Wegmans is about 10 min away, and wonderful hiking down the road about 25 min away. A perfect spot!

This house was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed a four night stay with comfortable beds, an outstanding kitchen, and a beautiful view of the lake. Our host, Susan, went out of her way to provide for all of our needs. I would highly recommend renting this home because it is well appointed inside and outside. The fire pit was great for enjoying s’mores and sharing conversations, Inside, multiple televisions kept the adults and the children happy, along with the games, books and magazines available. We thoroughly recommend renting this historic and lovely home.

Beautiful house! The owners obviously take great pride in their home and want to ensure their guests feel welcome. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse. Extremely responsive owners, spacious rooms and the perfect lake setting.
