Great host, perfect home, even better than described with 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen which we put to use in every way. Great outdoor patio and porch for relaxation. Easy access, good wifi, super responsive host, a true gem 30mn from the south entrance of Grand Canyon.

Usually you just get a place to sleep on your adventure but Willie’s Grand Canyon Lodge was part of our adventure. Loved the western decor and had plenty of room to spread out. Wish we had the time and weather to enjoy the incredible backyard. Would be a great place for a family or guys/girls trip. Location was perfect for going into Grand Canyon Park. Will definitely look to stay there again next time we go to Grand Canyon!

Place was nearly perfect. Great quiet location a half hour drive to the canyon. Spotless clean. Great amenities nicely outfitted. Only thing you may want to consider bringing pillows. The pillows supplied are paper thin. Otherwise all good with super easy check in and out.

Great Stay!

Great stay with plenty of room for the family. Clean and well maintained. Expect at least a 30 minute drive to any where, nothing is close. Very peaceful and secure environment. We really enjoyed this place after hiking all day at the canyon.

Wonderful property for a large group of people. The proximity of Valle AZ to the Grand Canyon is ideal and the town has a couple nice places to eat, especially at the Grand Canyon Inn.The property is well stocked, the rooms are spacious, and the log cabin motif with the wrap around porches and benches is outstanding!You will probably have to go through VRBO to contact the host for entry procedures, but once you've done that, they will respond. This was the biggest planning worry during our two week road trip vacation.I would stay again.

The home was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t have picked a better day to stay. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you’d need, from kitchen knives to towels. The layout was perfect with two king beds and two queen beds, which made it very comfortable. One small thing I found a bit unusual was that in one of the rooms, the light switch needed to be on for the TV and charger to work. Other than that, the home truly had everything. I can’t say enough good things about how beautiful and welcoming it was.

Good for what it is

We used it as a place to shower and clean up after hiking Grand Canyon. There is no grocery stores and one restaurant and a food truck to eat from in Williams, there is not much else.I had to call the owner to get the check in info, other than that, it served its purpose.

Quiet oasis

Beautiful home. Could have used extra sheets for the pull out couch. Host never sent us access code so we had to contact Vrbo support to receive it. Master shower handle was funky. Other than that it was a great property with lots of parking. Very quiet location with a great view of the stars.super clean!

The property was nice enough. The back yard really special. Location was great for commute to Grand Canyon & Williams. Host could make it more welcoming. No welcoming notes as provided by other Vrbos. I had to call Vrbo to get instructions on accessing the house. The host did provide them quickly which was appreciated. Little things could make it more welcoming like no way to make ice, bedroom lamps unable to plug in, no paper goods other than toilet paper, 1 bedroom tv didn’t seem to work. Half a sponge to do dishes.

You get what you pay for.

Host didn’t give me how to check in had to call customer service to get into property mind you I had to call a couple of times before anyone answered. In the picture there is a fireplace in the back yard and it wasn’t working, so we didn’t get to use that. Water pressure of the house was weak and a bit difficult to use in the master bedroom. Lastly the back patio near the grill, table and fireplace has a HUGE colony of FIRE ANTS. Other than that the house as beautiful clean and close distance to the Grand Canyon.

I communicated with the host once and they responded very quickly. They also sent us check-in details ahead of time. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The patios were delightful. The indoor dining set up is rather small and the kitchen could be better stocked (ie, there were no mixing bowls and not much cookware), but overall this is a great place. Outdoor dining table is great. We brought our own pillows, which was a good thing because their pillows are only 2-3 inches thick.

The house was clean and cute! The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved having the laundry facilities to use. The only thing we had any kind of issue with, is that when the A/C kicked on, it was very loud. This is a very minor thing, and is the only thing we didn't really like. I honestly wish we would have had more time to spend here, because the front porch and the back patio area are great. The bathrooms were clean and nice, and we loved the nice shower head in the master suite. We would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a place to stay around the Grand Canyon area.
