Lovely house on beautiful open landscape. Easy accesss to Grand Canyon. We saw antelope and a Coopers Hawk right outside kitchen window.

Great place to stay with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. Much better than trying to rent 2 or 3 hotel rooms. The large house has plenty of comfy space, kitchen and grill with all you need to cook, and peaceful, scenic views in sun and shade. Very quiet and no neighbors to potentially bother you. The 30 minute drive to the Grand Canyon South Rim was convenient for us. We did our hiking and came home to grill, do laundry, and hang out in a nice place. I highly recommend it!

There was a mouse poop in the drawers (even on stored extra pillows) and we caught two mice when we were there. It smelled like something was burning and the furnace filter had not ever been changed. It was so bad. A few smoke detectors were not working in the home. The toaster did not work so make sure you do not plan on using a toaster. The small bathroom did not have a handle in the shower to turn on the water. It’s a cute place but needs to be deep cleaned. Beds are here comfortable, Wi-Fi slow but worked. Location was pretty good for Grand Canyon, Sedona. Flagstaff and the cute town of William. The host was amazing but the house needs deep cleaning and to replace broken items.

Stayed 2 nights with a family of 5 (2 parents w/ 3 boys ages 8-14). We really enjoyed our stay here, wishing we could/should have stayed longer. Property looks okay from the outside (definitely on plenty of land), but definitely been updated on the inside. Beds were very comfortable. Used both the gas grill and gas firepit. Both worked very well. Plenty of amenities (paper towels, soaps, shampoos, towels, sheets/linens, portable fans, kuerig/coffee maker, coffee flavorings, etc.). Only negative from my perspective was the gravel road leading off the main paved road (64/Hwy 180). Once you get to the gravel road leading back to the house, it's fine but that first road is a bit rough, even in a large SUV. Good thing the drive to the other gravel road is only a few mins.

Full furnished house, has EVERYTHING a home can have. They have all the amenities, soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, wash clothes, dishes, cooking pans, coffee makers, blender....EVERYTHING!!. The house was EXTREMLY clean. Very quiet, the star gazing was AMAZING. Close to the South Gate of the Grand Canyon. This is a highly recommended rental. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
