We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very conveniently located to both the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and Williams. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the extra touches like snacks and coffee. Crystal was very easy to work with and responded very promptly. I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay was relaxing. There was a minor issue with the queen size bed being so high off the ground. Yes, there were steps to help get in bed. However, if there are 2 people and one needs to use the bathroom, it's an issue. Fortunately, we could resort to the twin beds. Good location and easy to access. Very bright and clean. Beautiful night sky.

Fantastic location, beautiful home that had all amenities we needed. Short drive to Grand Canyon from there. Wonderfully starry skies at night and what a view! Thank you Crystal for sharing your home with us!

Very cute home that was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was excellent. About 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon with amazing starry nights. We loved the game room. Just please note that if you are traveling in the warmer parts of the year the air conditioning are the window units and it can be quite warm at night.

This house is a great space. So many nice touches as far as snacks and water on arrival, so many Keurig options and the decor is really nice. Stayed with family of 5. Kids loved the game area. Was surprised that there are some gas stop options nearby for quick bites and refueling. Perfect location for Grand Canyon and Historic town of Williams is a must.

We absolutely loved staying here while we were exploring the Grand Canyon. It was just perfect for my 2 kids and my husband and I. We loved the space that was provided. The morning sunrises were amazing. We got to see the Milky Way at night, that was soooo awesome. We went to Willams for the 4th of July and to see Route 66. I highly recommend staying at this place. Only one wish is that there was a grill outside, but we made due with “grilling” on the stove. Thank you so much

The house is right off of the road and easy to find. Much larger inside than expected. They have air condition units in every room and fans too. Modern & Beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for a large family to stay together with limited options closer to the towns. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is very far from any shopping or restaurants. The Grand Canyon entrance is at least 30-40 minutes away.

It was 30 minutes from the south entrance of the park; about 45 minutes from the restaurants in the park. We were on East coast time so we went to bed early. Our only complaint was the rooms could use room darkening shades when the sun sets later and we were going to bed early. The Host made it feel like home. Lots of towels and dishes(for kids and adults). The games were helpful when the kids needed a few minutes of busy time. The second queen bed is set very high off the ground which took my daughter a second to get used to. There is 1 restaurant nearby that was open before 5 so plan ahead for food. The kitchen was well stocked with cookie utensils which was helpful.

Grand Canyon Escape

A perfect location for a trip to the Grand Canyon. Our group was there to do the Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim hike and it was a perfect setup for us to relax both before and after the long day. Was also close enough to Flagstaff that we were able to go over there for a day trip with no problem. Highly recommend for any group that wants some space to hang out and relax while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Beautiful home

Immaculately clean. Comfortable and spacious. We got a kick out of the indoor basketball, in particular! The snacks were a hit and a very nice touch. Thank you for the use of your home!

A Beautiful Home and Location

Delightful. The home was extremely clean, cabinets/lights were labeled nicely, and there were even some extra toiletries which were much appreciated! The host was gracious and allowed us to check in a bit early also. The location is beautiful and allows for wonderful views of the mountains, and the stars and moon at night are truly unmatched! I cannot express what a nice time our family had at this home. We would stay again any day.

AMAZING!

our stay was AMAZING ***** This VRBO was 30 minutes to Grand Canyon Sourh Village and 30 miles from Williams AZ. Had everything we needed-clean, comfortable and convenient ♥️ My husband (60) and son (30) hiked the Grand Canyon. Us girls and kids had lots to do too! Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your home!

Quiet and Entertaining

The house was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Signs and labels all over the house were super helpful! About a 30 minute drive from Williams and The Grand Canyon South entrance. Quiet location with plenty of games to occupy the family. The “backyard” was a nice place to stargaze as well. Bonus points for the pack ‘n play, changing table attachment and high chair.

Great place to stay with kids for quiet near Grand Canyon!

This was an amazing property! Quiet, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, it comfortably slept three adults and two children, all of whom had a ball with the provided games. We also enjoyed using the telescope to get a better look at some of the many stars we saw despite the half full moon. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon or Williams, which is adorable and a great place to pick up groceries at a good price. Only complaint: the flags out front need replacing badly. Overall highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay Near the Grand Canyon

We had a fantastic stay at this property during our trip to the Grand Canyon. Located about 30 minutes from downtown Williams, the home offered the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and convenient access to shops and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully updated with modern touches throughout. One of our favorite surprises was the heated toilet seats with bidets—definitely a luxurious touch we didn’t expect but thoroughly enjoyed! The hosts also provided coffee and snacks, which made us feel immediately welcome.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and after a long day of hiking and exploring, it was such a treat to come back and relax in such a cozy space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely great home to stay

The house was very clean and well organized with full of required amenities. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean as well. There was a game room with plenty of games to enjoy. They kept telescope to enjoy night sky as there is no light pollution around the house. Overall we enjoyed stay there. The house was exactly same as shown in pictures(didn’t get chance to take photos). 10/10 and 100% recommended to stay near Grand Canyon (30 minutes away). Thank you!

Great accommodations for family visit to Grand Canyon

Very nice inside, great for kids. Perfect set up for our family of 5. About 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon. Kids loved the snacks and game room, although the basketball and football are quite loud since it’s not a separate apace. Window A/C’s can take a while to cool off the space, especially the first night so be prepared for that. Good communication from the host well ahead of time.

The house was located where we wanted to be - convenient to Grand Canyon and remote enough that we could enjoy some nice stargazing. Kids loved the playroom area so much so it was difficult to get them out of the house :). It was nice to have the space to spread out.

The home was immaculate upon arrival. The night sky viewing was gorgeous! If I’m ever in the area again, I would absolutely reserve this house again.
