Very cute house that is indeed tiny. Property was clean with many additional amenities (the Brita water tank was especially helpful to have in the desert). We never ran out of hot water, even after 4 people showered. We cooked dinner two of the nights, and we had everything we needed to do that. Had to contact the host with a question, and he responded promptly with the info we needed. The kids loved the loft beds and of course the WiFi.

Nice little house

The house was perfect for a family of 4. It was a great location to access the South Rim. The only minor gripe is the close proximity to the road which you only notice while taking in the amazing dark sky nights

Home was perfect for our visit to Grand Canyon & Petrified Forest. Super quiet and peaceful with great star views. Well stocked and clean home. Only wish was that there were darker window coverings for the kids who stayed in the loft and woke earlier due to light coming in.

Property was clean and nice. Slept 6 of us comfortably, with the 4 kids upstairs. Extra A/C unit in king bedroom was nice, as temps were very high when we visited. Plenty of towels and hot water. Several large weeds in the outdoor area, but space was as advertised. Seats for 6 plus a small picnic table. Grill is charcoal, so make sure you have proper supplies if you plan to grill. Lots of kitchen items provided (including paper towels and utensils), but no baking sheet. Brita filter in the fridge was nice addition. Several games for the kids to play.

Best rental in Grand Canyon area - Quiet, private & close to tourist sites

We LOVED our stay at this rental. The place was very clean and bright. The rental unit was quiet and you felt like you were in the desert alone but still close to the Grand Canyon Village and other tourist hot spots. The host was wonderful to work with. My daughter accidently left two rings she bought on her trip at the rental and the host was kind enough to mail them back to us. We are very grateful. We all loved seeing the many stars at night from our rental. It felt like we were at the planetarium. We would absolutely rent this place again. - highly recommend.
