Great property. Very clean and had everything a family of six needed. We really enjoyed the pickleball and hot tub as a break from lots of hiking.

The house was accurate to the photos provided. It was finished beautifully with a neutral theme carried throughout the .home. It looked very upscale. We enjoyed the outside space. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Incredible location and comfortable amenities

We stayed here for our family vacation to Capitol Reef and Goblin Valley. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Mary was quickly responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed the pickleball court and kids loved the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Fantastic new property. Close enough to Capitol Reef for day visits. Owner was very responsive. The only downside was the AC/heater unit is outside the master and is a bit loud.

Lovely home close to Capitol Reef

Lovely home close to Capitol Reef. Unique features include a pickleball and basketball court on the property while overlooking beautiful farmland. Vert clean home with very comfortable beds! Excellent communication with the property manager.

Beautiful getaway

The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Mary was responsive. The house was very clean and new. There are 3 bedrooms and a beautiful pickleball court with a basketball hoop. Hopefully Mary adds pictures of the other bedroom and the court. They're great! We will stay here again when going to Capital Reef.

Wonderful property. Very isolated, which made it a great choice for stargazing (with clear views from the backward to the south, west, and north). Views to the east are partially limited by the close proximity of the hills.

The whole house was ultra clean. It was nice that you could park inside the garage which had a remote. The property had everything you needed. I have stayed in over 30 vacation rentals over the years, easily on of the best. Do not hesitate to rent this one. Thank you for the stay. Mark

Beautiful new home with modern amenities. We enjoyed the corn hole, basketball, pickle ball court and hot tub. The home made hikes to Capital Reef enjoyable. The house is 30 minutes from the park. The area is very remote, but there is a grocery store in Loa (5 minutes away) that had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again!

My husband and I love this area and frequently visited or camped in the area. It only made sense to have a family vacation home here! We hope you love it as much as we do. We love the relaxed, peaceful feeling that is in this area.
