About this space
Get a feel for the country in this Beautiful new open concept rambler home nestled against the hills of Lyman within easy reach of Boulder, Fish lake, and Thousand lakes mountains and all of the abundance these mountains have to offer such as fishing, hiking, biking, boating, and riding ATV’s. Enjoy the slow pace and hospitality of the surrounding towns, the wonderful food and quaint shops. Also escape to capital reef for a few days and don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful scenic Hwy 12.

The house is lovely, modern, and spacious. Bedrooms were very comfortable and had good privacy and good sound absorption. Highly recommend if coming to the area.

This property is absolutely perfect. Very clean, spacious, well stocked, fantastic floor plan and a wonderful back porch. Would absolutely recommend this rental and would stay here again without hesitation. Loved it. One of my favorites!

This house was amazing! Such a beautiful home and the views are incredible. So many thoughtful touches like having plates for children and even stuffed animals for children! Extremely well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Lyman! 10 out of 10!

We really appreciated the cleanliness and amenities of the home. Prior to our visit, we had been on the road and staying in a hotel for many days. Our peaceful stay at Lyman House gave us the opportunity to do some laundry and use the fully stocked kitchen (with outdoor gas grill) for some home cooked meals. The home is less than 10 minutes away from the Loa Utah grocery store, as well as, Capitol Reef National Park. We felt that it was an amazing value vs staying in a nearby hotel.

Only stayed one night as an in between for traveling through the state’s National Parks, but it was perfect for the night to refresh and recharge. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy home.

Everyone in our party of 6 (3 generations) loved this house! It is new and nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was conveniently located for our visit to Capital Reef.
