Host was very knowledgeable and receptive about the area. Gave us a lot of places to check out while we were there. The cabin was AWESOME!!! Perfect for a weekend getaway.

We stayed here on our way from Bryce Canyon National Park to Capitol Reef. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, but especially the ‘meeting room’ as they called it- the little space between the two bedrooms upstairs. Everything was clean and well kept.

This was such a fun space and location. It was great for our family - plenty of places to gather. Loved the location and proximity to the park - but also loved how rural it was.

The Tin Cabin was in an interesting and rural area near many of Utah's national parks and scenic areas. The cabin is designed for outdoor enthusiasts and is well appointed. There is a spiral staircase to the upper floor. There is a first floor bedroom and bath, then two bedrooms with six bunk beds in the second floor. Everything was clean and organized. It is in an area with free range cattle, so visitors should be cautious on the roads, especially at night since many cows are black and hard to see. I highly recommend.

Great Home Away from Home

Clean, well stocked, convenient location. We loved the quiet neighborhood, night sky and comfort of the property. Our teenaged sons really enjoyed the tv nook and strong wifi!

A very nice place, clean, with everything we needed. We used this as our home base to go to Capitol Reef for four days and it worked out great. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. Host was great and responded immediately to my questions.The upstairs balcony lounge chairs were wonderful to relax after a day of hiking and watch the sunset. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by sheep, cows, chickens and horses.

Amazing Stay

Our family of 6 loved our stay at the Tin Cabin! The kitchen had everything we needed, kids loved the triple bunkbeds and the neat hideout room. Having 2 nice bathrooms with everything was wonderful. Great location close to Capitol Reef and fun outdoor activities. We hope to come again!

Yes he was great! Matt was responsive whenever I had a question about something and the house very nice and clean. We had a geat time. The beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet and restful.

The house was very clean and all the appliances functioned properly. We had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed brief moments on the two decks, but the weather was a bit too chilly to linger. The directions were clear, and we appreciated the privacy. The drive to Capitol Reef was easy. We had two wonderful days of hiking and returned with plenty of time for a leisurely dinner before the sun set.

Tin Cabin VaCay

Our stay at the Tin Cabin was great. Our host was always quick to respond to any questions and offered suggestions as well. The cabin was cozy and clean. All of the amenities were exactly as stated.

I would have given a 5 star review but the cabin is a little tight for 4 adult men, especially the upstairs. Other than that, it was very clean and well stocked. The location for us was perfect, just a minute to downtown Loa and easy access to any direction. The owner was very good with communications and very accomodating. This place would be perfect for a couple with children.
