Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community less than 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this brand-new home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and over 3100 square feet, it sleeps 10-12 people perfectly.

The main level of the home is large and comfortable. The grand living room has plenty of seating, lots of light, a 70” HD TV, warm gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. There are board games and cards as well. You’ll be sure to have a relaxing time after a day of activities while taking in the amazing views.

Also on the main level, you’ll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, a toaster, a coffee pot, a blender, and a crock pot make eating in a breeze. There’s also a large dining area with seating for 12 (8 at the table, 4 at the bar).

There’s a main floor bedroom/office with a daybed and twin trundle and a ½ bath. Up a flight of stairs, you’ll find three bedrooms. There’s a Master suite with a King-sized bed, ensuite full bathroom (with a separate soaking tub and shower), a 55” HD TV, and beautiful bedding. The other two bedrooms feature Queen-sized beds, 36” TVs in both rooms, and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. From there, if you head up one more small flight of stairs, you’ll reach the Twin bedroom on a floor all its own. There are two Twin beds, a 24” HD TV, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

If you head downstairs from the main level there’s a Master suite (almost like a mini apartment). The gorgeous suite takes up the entire basement. It has an en suite full bathroom. The room has a 55” HD TV, a lounging area with a sectional couch, a mini fridge, a private deck, an elliptical machine, and a stationary bike.
This home has a laundry room with a full-sized HE washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. There’s also a gas BBQ on the deck.

The entire home is equipped with FREE wifi and DirecTV satellite television. Central air-conditioning makes it comfortable in the summer and the gas fireplace and full heating system will keep things warm in the winter.

This home includes garage parking for two small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Good stay! Clean & would recommend.
House is as accurate as you expect! Clean, comfy beds, plenty of space for 10 family members. Host was very responsive with questions. Would have given a 5 star but the hot tub in HOA did not work, which was a huge bummer as we wanted to use after skiing! Garage code did not work consistently. But would still recommend the stay!

Good location, no space to put food, insufficient parking
In the upstairs king room there was black mold in corners and edges of shower. Power went off in upstairs king room. Advertised there is parking only in the two car garage and on driveway. When we arrived the owner’s car was in the garage; it should be listed as one car garage and driveway. For a place that sleeps 12 people there should be a place to store food, etc. The pantry was locked and every other cupboard was full of dishes, pots and pans, etc. we had to make room in the CLEANING CLOSET for our food. Just terrible. We have been doing this girls trip for years in the Jordanelle area. This rental is by far the most expensive with the smallest kitchen/living area with no food storage space and the least amount of parking. I do not recommend the Retreat 852. Property manager was great.

Great vacation rental
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely great. It fit everyone so well. The house is in a great location and was better then advertised.
