Was perfect for a family getaway! Layout of the house was perfect for the kids and house was stocked with everything needed for a beach trip, Would stay there again!

We came to town for a wedding! Property is even better than the photos. Everything super clean and well appointed. Lovely property. The host was really wonderful and checked in with us often. I highly recommend this property!

All 4 of us enjoyed the house & all that came with it. Plenty of kitchen utensils, a lot of extra towels, everything a person would need for a fun vacation. Tony was a wonderful communicator. We are already talking about going back next year.

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for a short summer getaway for our family. We were so close to multiple beaches and downtown shopping and restaurants in St. Joseph’s. The house has a wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels - it was a relief to not have to plan ahead to bring those items on the trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

This property is truly a home away from home. Everything you need from kitchen items to beach items, you have them! Great porch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a night time beverage. If you wanted to walk to the beach or downtown, it’s possible.

We had a great stay! The house was immaculate, the owners were so easy to work with, and we had so much fun at the beach and in town. I highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! Loved how all bedrooms had en suite baths and the house was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a fun beach week. Very clean and hosts were responsive. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We stayed here for our summer vacation with four adults and three children. It was perfect for what we needed, was well stocked with lots of amenities and was very close to both Benton harbor and St. Joe. If you could actually walk to one of the nicer beaches from the house. If you have little ones, don't worry about bringing the baby stuff because this place is stocked! They have pretty much anything you need, including a nice beach wagon, chairs, toys, etc. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and the host was extremely easy to communicate with, got back with me within minutes each time I had a question. Overall it was a really nice stay. Check out Sarret nature preserve if you're looking for a fun wooded experience. And dinner in Benton harbor at houndstooth was divine.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home. Very clean, lots of room, receptive host -- We were in town for a wedding, and were so glad our family chose this house for our stay. Well-stocked kitchen, we loved the deck for morning coffee and evening drinks, easy walk to a nice beach, short drive to other beaches, shops, and restaurant. A nice perk was the beach towels, beach chairs, etc!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and in excellent condition. There was plenty of seating for our group. It was great to have the grill and outside seating. It was in a good location, close to beaches and downtown Saint Joe’s. We would recommend this property.

Great Location & Host

Tony was extremely responsive and accommodating to our family! The house has a great layout and location to downtown SJ and the beach. Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful experience! This home is very roomy (3 levels and 4 bathrooms!), has tons of amenities to make your stay amazing, and is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a walking trail and quick beach access. This was our second stay with Tony (first stay was Gatsby Place!), and we can’t say enough great things about our experiences with him.

- well stocked with beach essentials including chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, toys, baby shade, floats and even a few life jackets/puddle jumpers - Towels and bed linens were very clean- Tons of storage space in closets- House was very clean and well maintained- Tony was quick to reply to messages- Great spot for families

Wonderful house for a family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds. The home is very clean and safe. Nice kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinner. We went to Silver Beach 2 days in a row. It's a quick drive to the parking lot at Silver Beach. We arrived before 10:00am and got parking spot with no problem.

Perfect getaway

The house was very clean. The rooms were perfect size for our family. The house had everything you needed for the beach and/or making food at there. When it comes to convenience of location, it was 5ish minutes from all the shops, splash pad, silver beach pizza, and the light house. So, that made it a huge plus. The owner was amazing at communicating and answered our questions very quickly.

Great location for family stay in St Joe!

I brought my 2 kids to this house for a spring break weekend getaway. We absolutely LOVED the house! We have stayed in rental homes several times before & this was by far our favorite. You could easily accommodate 6-8 people here without feeling crowded. Owner / staff was very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to and during our stay.Location is perfect, only about a mile from the heart of St. Joseph, Silver Beach, plus walking trails all around. We will definitely have to plan another trip back in the summer. Highly recommend this property.

Girls Trip

The house was just as advertised. Four college girlfriends stayed here for the weekend. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. We stayed in and cooked one night. Another night we drove into town (very close to downtown St. Joe). Tony was quick to respond to all of our questions. This is a great alternative to a hotel in this area.

This is a great property and delivered as advertised on the listing. The house is well stocked and nicely keep. It is just a 1/2 mile walk to the beach (huge plus) as well as around 2 miles from Downtown St. Joseph. The management company was very responsive to any inquires. The house is also very well stocked with items and amenities. If you have little kids or older family members, it does have a decent amount of steps throughout the house. I would highly recommend this property as it was a very enjoyable and stress-free stay.
