The property was perfect for our stay, and we would definitely book it again! The property was very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It was also very private. Ben, the host, was excellent with responding to any of our questions. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this unit and host are at the top!

We loved this property! It’s new, modern, spotless, and had everything we needed and more! It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Thousand Oaks, super close to Whole Foods and restaurants.Ben was responsive to communication and even sent over information on the July 4th fireworks.Would we definitely stay again if we had another vacation in California!

Beautiful new VRBO was perfect for our home away from home while we celebrated our daughter's wedding. It truly felt like a home away from home with lots of extra thoughtful touches, and it was an exceptional location for my daughter to get ready for her wedding and have pictures taken before the wedding. The VRBO was clean, comfortable, private, and full of natural light in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was lovely and tastefully decorated. The host was amazing answering any questions and leaving special touches and snacks to welcome us! I was so glad we had such an amazing place to stay during our trip to California!

Hosts are very responsive. There were a few small issues when we arrived which were quickly resolved. Clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of towels, clothes hangers, and other necessities. The beds are very firm. There's a fence between the rental unit and the main house, so no issues with privacy. There's outdoor seating on both sides of the unit, so shade is available all day. Parking is on-street directly in front of the house.

The perfect stay for 4 people!

My wife and I stayed here with two friends for a wedding in Westlake and it was PERFECT. The property is centrally located (just an hour to LA, 30 minutes to Malibu, and 10 minutes to downtown Westlake) in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need and more—including kitchen utensils, extra blankets and towels, easy-to-use washer/dryer, a fenced-in patio for extra privacy, and a working gas fire pit which my friends and I put to good use. The property itself has a separate entry and is easy to get into, but if you have any questions, Ben is super communicative and quick to reply. If you're on the fence about this place, don't be—it's 100% worth it!
