Upstairs, you'll find two tastefully appointed bedrooms designed to ensure your utmost relaxation. The first bedroom boasts a lavish king-size bed with a full en suite bathroom, exuding an air of indulgence. The second bedroom provides two queen beds, ideal for accommodating larger groups or families. Additionally, a cozy den on the upper level features a twin daybed, which can serve as a peaceful reading space or accommodate extra guests.

The lower level presents a haven of entertainment and convenience for the younger ones or additional couples. The den on this floor has a TV to keep everyone entertained, while the kitchenette, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, makes it easy to store snacks and drinks. Two bathrooms, one en suite, offer privacy and comfort, and three charming bedrooms each feature two twin beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for everyone.

Please note that while this home is not accessible by golf cart due to being landlocked, its exceptional features and location more than compensate for this aspect.

Beach front for girls trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of friends have been doing a girls trip weekend for many years. We chose a beach front house so we could hear the ocean. This house had many features that attracted us. We needed to be able to accommodate up to twelve with preferably twin beds in most of the rooms. We also wanted a large screened porch and deck where we could talk. This house offered all! It was comfortable and conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. We had two minor problems which management worked quickly to resolve. It was a great experience overall.

It was an awesome experience place to stay! It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I can’t think of a thing I would change.

Spent every evening on the deck enjoying the breeze. Lots of bedrooms, lots of seating and well appointed. Appreciated that there were several beach chairs (old, but fine), and good beach umbrellas. Would stay here again. Be sure to bring beach towels.

Girls trip

The house is in a great location, loved being beachfront and it holds a large group nicely. We spent a lot of time plalying games and talking on the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed this house!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Tybee home during spring break! The house was spacious and comfortably fit our family of eight. We especially loved the large, open back porch—it was the perfect spot for relaxing and spending time together. Each room was roomy and well-appointed, giving everyone space to unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the week, and the overall layout made it easy to lounge and enjoy our time. We’d definitely stay here again!

Quiet Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since our original plans to NC mountains had to be cancelled due to hurricane destruction, we chose Tybee on a whim. What a quiet relaxing weekend in a quaint cottage perfectly placed by the ocean. We certainly enjoyed the cottage, the location, the tranquility of the island, the southern hospitality, and the delicious restaurants in close proximity. Would highly recommend this cottage/company to anyone interested in an enjoyable getaway.

Family Getaway

We chose this house to stay together because it’s a beautiful place in a great location. The house was very clean and we all had a great time. Tybee Cottages staff was a big help. We were able to check in early which was great. We appreciate the staff for making it a very enjoyable reunion for us. I will definitely recommend the house and the company for anyone who ask. We will definitely be choosing this home again for our getaway spot.

Classic beach vacation

Beautiful classic beach house. 6 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Screened porch was delightful. Loved the history of the house. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! Many thanks to the family for sharing this wonderful property.

The PERFECT beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion there after a Savannah wedding. It was phenomenal! Wonderful common areas to master and relax: nice living room, large dining room table, large kitchen, fabulous screened/enclosed porch, and lovely deck. More downstairs too. The location was perfect - right on the beach, especially good for small children, and just a few steps from the IGA. We had 4 couples, so the 4 full baths were fantastic.

Beach Front Cousins’ Week

Wonderful location for 9 girl cousins to spend a week. So convenient to walk to the beach. We shared beautiful photos of sunrises and sunsets. 4 bathrooms were great for 9 women. We loved being out on the deck and there was plenty of room inside the upstairs living room to eat, play games, make tee shirt designs, and talk. The kitchen was a little tight when more than 2 were there but we cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners together. The twin beds downstairs were comfortable. The king size bed could use a new mattress. The decor was lovely and we took pictures of some cute ideas for decorating. Overall, everyone had a fantastic week together in this house.

I am 93 years oldand the porch and deck are great for me.There were 2 things wrong: the baby gate needs to be replaced/the water in the master bathroom sink was almost stopped up. The repair man came and it improved but was still slow to empty.

Great getaway!

The propery was perfect for our family beach trip. The location to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary tools for cooking/ eating-in/grilling. The property manager and guest services were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Ladies Weekend Retreat

Loved! Loved! Loved! Our stay could not have been better! Our group enjoyed the large dining table comfortable for 10 of us to eat and play games. The indoor porch had ample seating for all and we took advantage of the deck with beautiful ocean views all weekend! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms too! A great find and plan to return here on our next trip to Tybee! Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Twelfth and Ocean was peaceful and relaxing. Morning walks on the beach followed by reading on the screened in porch were the highlight of our days. Easy parking at the house and a short walking distance to the market and a nearby coffee shop were also very nice as you have to pay to park on the street in Tybee. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of clean, fluffy bath towels for all of us.We had some minor issues upon getting to the house as we had been provided the incorrect code to get into the house and the information book had the wrong wifi password. We were able to clear these things up fairly quickly.

We had a group of 6 women staying 4 days and we would rent this house again in the future.PROS: location, size of house, number of beds, kitchen is small but very functional for large group, clean, back porch was awesome, wagon and chairs were nice to haveCONS: could use a deep cleaning and a freshening up such as a coat of paint and better linens; beds/pillows were not super comfortable, beach chairs were stinky, no beach towels
