Lovely cottage

Cute cottage with well stocked kitchen, very comfortable master bed, private association beach and amazing deck views of Lake Michigan.

Beautiful cabin as described. Spotlessly clean. Was surprised to find a ring camera facing ion to the deck seating area. We decided to unplug it because that’s a def invasion of privacy. Loved the location and the nearby farm stands.

Nice place to enjoy Silver Lake area

Nice property on top of a dune, great lake view. Access to lake isn't the best because the beach is privately owned by others so no sitting or setting up. Great beaches within 10 min tho. Awesome gazebo area where the kids slept. It was agreed by all in our group that this house hit the mark.

Lake Michigan rental

Please note that there was no grill available for use although I was told that there would be a gas one. We managed okay without one and had a lovely stay.

Beautiful View!

The house was easy to find, secluded, and easy access. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. But our favorite part was the view!! It is so gorgeous!! We loved sitting on the massive back porch and listening to the waves and birds chirping around us. Keep in mind you do not have direct access to the beach or cannot sit on the beach. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and visiting the small little town. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with a stunning view, this is a great place!! We will be keeping this on our list to visit again!

The location of the property is absolutely beautiful! I found the advertising of the property to be misleading in that it stated that you would have access to a private beach. When we arrived there was a note on the refrigerator that you could go down to the beach and walk BUT you could not sit on the beach at all and stay for a period of time. Also, the furniture in living room was uncomfortable and the couch had a low back; if you leaned back your head would hit the kitchen granite countertop,

We did try to make it very clear in the description that the beach is privately owned which is why you can walk along it but you can not sit or stay as that belongs to a private association. We will revisit our description to see if we can adjust the information given. Thank you.

A clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked house. The best part is the view! Our family of five stayed for almost a week and enjoyed the comforts of the house and its proximity to public beaches and cute towns. One thing to note if you’re going in the summer: The upstairs rooms do not have air conditioning and opening windows was not enough on warm nights. Also about the upstairs, the screens are not flush with the windows and A LOT of bugs got in.
