100% recommend for your Gainesville stay! House was very clean & had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family. We all enjoyed the updated game room & the firepit looks like it will be fun to gather around when it gets cooler. Great location & host was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was extremely clean and every amenity we could possibly need. Very close proximity to the University of Florida, which was very convenient for us. We would highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone traveling to Gainesville!!

We had such a great stay here! The place was incredibly clean—honestly one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in—which made a huge difference for us.You can tell the host really cares about the space and the guests’ experience. We felt comfortable the entire time and truly enjoyed our stay.We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and cozy place to stay!

I've stayed in Gainesville many times visiting my kids and this was the best VRBO I've encountered so far. Definitely going to come back another time. Great host!!

Family Wedding in Gainesville

We were in town for a wedding and weekend family events in Gainesville. The home was perfect for our family and it seemed like everywhere we needed to be was just minutes away. The location is very convenient but it still felt like we were out in the country with large trees surrounding the property and yes, plenty of palm trees. Noah was very easy to work with and the little extras made for a very nice stay for our family. We would stay here again. :)

Perfect Family Vacation

Palm Tree Paradise minutes from UF is the perfect property for a family vacation to visit Ginnie Springs and tour college campuses. My son is attending UF in the fall so there was plenty of room for my husband, myself and three teenagers. We were 30 minutes from the springs and 5 miles from campus. We played pool, ping pong and many rounds of card games late into the night. We enjoyed the many seating and hang out areas to enjoy each others company.This Vrbo is the best in G-ville!

Stay was exceptional with no issues. Spent 4 days there moving our daughter into her dorm and making sure she had everything she needed coming from Texas. Noah was extremely helpful in us having to move our check in one day due to the fluid nature of the dorm schedules. Spent one last day with our daughter playing pool and ping pong in the updated rec room. Memories that will not be forgotten. Older home that has been updated. Primary bathroom was a little tight so may not be adequate for older adults. Overall extremely satisfied with stay and will add it to our favorites. Thanks again Noah.

This property is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space for our grown kids and grandkids. It was meticulously cleaned with special little snacks and treats that the grandkids loved, and the adults loved the stocked coffee pods too! We stayed for our daughter’s graduation and this home was the perfect place for our local family and friends to stop in and congratulate the new grad. The game room downstairs was a hit and the family favorite spot to gather. Many memories were made in this beautiful home, we will definitely be back for our next Gainesville reunion.
