Enjoyed our stay

The condo was the perfect location and size for us during our stay. It was close to the university and the softball tournament we attended. Checking in was easy and the place was nice and clean. Communication with Catherine was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect

The place was clean and comfortable. The property owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful - including ordering a crock pot for us to use so we didn’t have to haul ours down. Appreciated the space to spread out. Nice beds, comfy couch!

Clean & Quiet

It was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There was so much space for all 5 of us. It's also close to campus. We enjoyed visiting with our daughter. Thanks for a great stay.

Football Weekend

I recommend this VRBO for location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and value. The shower pressure was great. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. While the unit could use some upgrading, our weekend stay for a UF football game was great. My only comment for someone to consider is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, and we did not see an elevator, so if anyone in the group has mobility problems this might not be the VRBO for you.

Gainesville stay

Our stay at the Gainesville condo was exactly what we needed. The host was extremely gracious and communication was excellent. We were staying for my daughter’s softball tournament and it was perfect!

Perfect for our group!

We were in town for a wedding celebration! The 4 bathrooms was just what we needed for everyone to get ready on time! The condo is decently sized, undergoing some updating, but suited us we'll! Catherine was so very helpful with any questions we had! It was a great stay

Convenient and clean condo

The condo itself was clean and well appointed. The property it is in has student housing, so the surrounding needs some maintenance. It was safe, close to UF, restaurants, and stores. Right off I-75 on Archer Rd. Christine the owner is very communicative. I will come back again when I visit my child who just started at UF.

Great Experience!

The property is nice and good parking options! The space was exactly what was listed on the website and we enjoyed our time! Catherine is very responsive and was an amazing host for our conference weekend! 10/10 would stay again! Thank you Catherine!

No happy at all.

The place wasn't accessible for anyone with mobility problems. As my mother have very bad knee injuries also my husband that just had a couple of stents put in. The door number was 116 you would figure ground floor we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. No room had tv's. The refrigerator was dirty from last guest visit. Couldn't get the tv that was there to work. Because of last minute unable to find somewhere else to go.

Quick Weekend

Our daughter received her white coat from UF, so as a family we decided to make it a weekend in Gainesville. The condo was very accommodating and the 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom was a plus. We would definitely book again for a short weekend trip.

Exactly what we needed.

We traveled from IL for softball tournament. It had everything we needed after long days at the ballpark. Clean, effecient, 4 bathrooms were a blessing. Great place to stay!

Spacious, comfortable condo close to UF

The condo was perfect for our needs! 4 en-suite bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast each morning and dinner one night. The owner was super responsive and very kind! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Can't beat this place! Grandson was in a baseball tournament in Newberry. Our whole family stayed here. Very centrally located. Owner was excellent to deal with! Definitely would stay again.

Stress free stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine's apartment. It's a great size for larger groups, although if you're tall, you want to nab one of the rooms with a proper bed!

Great location

Visited with my daughter and her friend for a gymnastics camp at UF. The property is close to UF and easy to get to all the local shops, restaurants and fun things to do in Gainesville. The property was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Plan on staying again next year for the same camp.

Very spacious, comfortable apartment in nice area

There were 4 adults in my group and it was nice that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Spacious living area with very comfortable couch! Came well equipped. Only drawback is that it is on the third floor(32 stairs) without an elevator. Very close to shopping, and did not take long to get to our downtown events. I would stay there again.

great stay

its a 4 bedroom apartment with their own bathroom - that's a plus. the only con is its in the 3/f and there is no elevator. also, we have to be careful with walking around to make sure we're not bothering the people directly below us. otherwise, it was wonderful. thank you. we had a great time staying in your apartment.
