We had a great stay! Clean, spacious, fully equipped and perfectly located. Walk to everything-beach, coffee, groceries. Amazing outdoor space and ocean view. Laurie was a perfect host & easy to communicate. We will definitely be back to stay.

Very beautiful neighborhood and surprisingly quiet. Has walkable access to Windansea beach and other direction for 7/11 and fresh food market to buy ready made food or getting your own to prepare in updated kitchen. Nice size Master & bathroom is really roomy. Loved both outdoor decks to have the best view of the Sunset! Nice to offer the beach towels and equipment so guests don't need to bring!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, other basic amenities provided, safe area, convenient location with fresh market, coffee shop, bar & grill, & liquor store less than 1-minute walk away, 5-minute drive to La Jolla cove (nightlife & wildlife viewing). beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location. Walk to the beach within minutes. Laurie is a wonderful host. Responds fast. We used the grill a couple nights. View from top balcony is beautiful.

See the ocean from one of two decks. Unit was impeccably clean upon arrival. We walked to wonderful coffee shops and restaurants and shopping. There's a convenience store, taco shop and beach bar nearby. Very grateful to have found this place and would return in a heartbeat.

Cozy spot near the ocean

Enjoyed the stay, the ocean is a quick walk and the area was very quiet considering it was the fourth of July weekend. Owner responded to questions very fast. Beds were comfy and the deck was great.

Listing is stated as "New Ocean View Custom Condo" "Be the first to enjoy this wonderful Vacation Rental" when it is NOT new and has NOT been new since 2017. This place needs some TLC for sure. The floors were dirty upon our arrival. The baseboards were dusty and also in need of a paint job. Found dirty dishes in the cupboard. The pillows are flat and also yellowed. The shower pull up on the facet would not pull up all the way to allow the shower to be used to full capacity. There were no cleaning supplies in the place. I had to purchase some to be able to clean the floors. The parking is in a alley which is littered with trash most days. The current description of the place is definitely not what you will find.

Thanksgiving in La Jolla

This is the second time we have spent Thanksgiving week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grocery store down the alley and the rooftop sunset viewing were added bonuses.

Cute Property

Perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while we were in town for a wedding. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Even got a chance to use the beach chairs one afternoon! Would come back for a repeat stay!

Beach House

The barber beach house is a great rental. Location is walkable to beach and many restaurants including downtown Lajolla. Great space for dining in and enjoying the sunset.
