The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the property itself was not as described in the listing. The layout was very cut up, and several parts of the home were in noticeably worse condition than expected. It didn’t match the photos or description on VRBO, and it made the stay uncomfortable.The host herself was great, but the property needs significant updates and a more accurate listing so future travelers know what they’re walking into.

It would be great if you specifically explained what is difference between the listing and what you walked into. All the photos are exact to what is there. From the entrance to the kitchen to the bedrooms. I just switched out one of the queen beds for a king if that’s what you’re talking about. Thank you for the compliments as far as hosting. The home was perfect for my stay. I didn't use the kitchen, but the bedrooms were perfect and the bathroom was very nice.Teresa left free drink vouchers for the coffee shop below the home, which I thought was a kind gesture. If I need to go visit my family again I will definitely be rebooking this rental.

Host was excellent! Contactless entry and exit which was fantastic. The place was clean and cozy. The host even left some free gift certificates for drinks from the cafe downstairs and the cafe was fantastic

Property is very clean. Easy to check in/out. Welcoming to pets. Safe neighborhood with lots of sidewalks. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedding is a little basic - but adequate. Host is very responsive to questions. Free beverages from the cafe downstairs!

I ended up not using the unit due to a change of plans but Teresa was extremely nice and always responded quickly. Will definitely book again if I have another event in the area

This home is cozy and comfortable. The more you’re in it the Home the more comfortable you become. This building is one of the oldest if not the oldest building in the small town of Roaring Spring Pennsylvania.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This is a whole unit with two bedrooms a full bath with double sinks a half bath with laundry, there is a living room and a sunroom which most of my guest love.
The kitchen is large and the whole unit is very roomy. Making it very comfortable.
