With space to sleep 11 across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this cozy, family-friendly rental is thoughtfully equipped to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the private outdoor patio invites you to relax with comfortable seating and fresh desert air. Kids will love the Xbox and the private splash pad (available mid-February through October), and grown-ups can unwind with a good movie on one of the Smart TVs.

Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, that includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!

There are two parking lots for boats, trailers, and RVs.

Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. Santa Clara House

We rented this home because we were attending a show at Tuacahn. The home is well situated for Tuacahn and the Entrada area of St. George with easy access to Grocery Stores, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, etc. When we arrived late at night there was some flooding near the garage because a water heater had gone out. We contacted the help line and the water heater was replaced the next morning and by noon we had hot water. It was unfortunate that the water heater went out but we felt that the support was prompt and they did the best they could with an unfortunate situation. There were some minor things that could be improved (towels stocked in all the bathrooms, an empty dishwasher, etc.) but overall this is a decent house in a pretty good location for Tuacahn.

Incredible home!

We love St George and this was our first time staying at this house and now I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else! The pools were so fun and the house was clean and had everything we needed to have an amazing time! Our own little splash pad was so fun for the kids too!!

Great location and property. Wasn’t totally clean as we checked in with garbage still in trash and fridge not cleaned out. But overall great property

Fun vacation house!

Perfect Stay!

This reservation went so smoothly! It was the perfect place for our family. It was very clean and well laid out. The only hiccup was the hot tub wasn't heated one night, obviously an HOA issue not the renters. Overall we loved it!

Property had fire alarms going off all night

Overall much about the property was fine. The main issue is that the property has major fire alarm issues leading to the fire alarm going off multiple times on our second night, meaning we got zero sleep. All of our kids were up the entire night and it really made it difficult to enjoy our experience. I understand that issues happen, but we have been offered zero compensation or apology from the property management.

Grand, open areas for shared family time!

Chose this because of the location, comfy-looking couch and open layout. It totally delivered! Shared pre-holiday time with the family w/easy access to the Tuacahn theatre where my daughter worked. Clean, spacious w/a well-appointed kitchen, lots of seating options and high ceilings. Had ALL the kitchen gear needed for multiple meal preps so we “home-cooked” often during our 5-night stay. Comfy beds for 5 of the adults in our party; the 3 twin bunks would have been fine if we still had little kiddos, but still worked ok for a short stay. There’s also an air mattress available that we didn’t try. We did use & appreciate all the extra pillows & blankets. Also, Vacasa responded quickly whenever I had a question. Overall an A+ experience and we’d book again!!

Santa Clara #29

It had a really nice layout with spacious open floor plan. It was clean and inviting and had a nice patio. The pool area was amazing--we felt like we were in the tropics. It was close to a lot of tourist attractions in Southern Utah and would like to come back to take advantage of more of them. Paradise Village had a lot of amenities that we didn't have time to enjoy. One other plus is that Santa Clara has quite of view off street bike trails.

Cute Place, But Carpet Was Filthy

We really liked the lay out of the property. The beds were very comfortable. One thing that should be addressed was all of the carpet in the main room was filthy. Our feet were black. We had to wear socks so our feet would stay clean.

Memory Maker!

Rented this amazing home and spent the weekend with my four grandchildren and made memories that I will cherish and hope they do as well. Very warm and inviting with all the right “simple touches” that made it feel like home. Splash pad was a huge hit and we spent hours on the lazy river and water slides. Great family destination

Our family had a wonderful time coming to St George for a baseball tournament. The home was perfect for our family. The home was clean and the home was a great home away from home for us. The kids love the pool and slides at the pool. We will plan to stay here again.

Great place for a family get together

House was clean, comfortable, and stocked with just about everything needed for an enjoyable, carefree stay. The grandkids loved the pools and spent most of their time there. Close to Snow Canyon State Park which is a beautiful place for hiking, biking, etc. Definitely plan to return.
