Great location with a view of Leech Lake and City Park and the bike trail right there too. Five minute walk to downtown Walker with its restaurants and stores. Close to Cass County History Museum. Furnishings were modest but comfortable. Clean. Everything worked. Hot water in shower. Suggestion: a few shelves or a dresser for storing clothes would be handy!

Quaint and comfortable. Few additional amenities but Great location for visiting the Walker Leach Lake area. I enjoyed my stay.

Dirty linens were left on the couch when we arrived but other than that the room was clean. The listing photos also made the room look more updated than it actually was, but it was still fine. Overall, the room was pretty clean and everything was functional which is what matters.

Our stay was amazing! Very clean, staff was pleasant, host responded to my questions quickly! They also worked with us on extending our stay for another 2 weeks! Wendy our booking agent was super helpful and very friendly! Will definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Place was as advertised. A/C works well. Watched a little TV and played lots of games. Great place right on the main highway to use as base for launching out to your activities in and around the area. We visited Bemidji, Itasca State Park and Park Rapids as well. We planned to bring our bicycles, but the forecast wasn’t favorable for cycling. Only minor issue was the lack of towels. We followed the instructions provided with the check-in information to contact the correct person and towels were brought to our room. Can’t ask for better service than that. Will stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Arrival was easy and I was able to access the room with a code. However the code was not unique and I would be surprised if it was changed between guests. The kitchenette was nice the room was clean however the furniture was very small and stained. The mattresses seemed to be newer. If you’re in the area to hit the lake or trails it’s an easy place to crash.

The room was as advertised, bed was comfortable, trouble with TV, but we lived without it. Main purpose for our stay was to ride the bike trails in area, which were great. So this was a good location.Some housekeeping tips, the heater vents, and bath vent were very dirty, the bath fan you could hear hum, but blades not turning.

Check in was very simple and easy. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Host left us alone but checked in on us through messages periodically to see if we needed anything. Location was great for a quick access to the lake or a couple minute walk into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Resort towns are naturally crazy places with a variety of features. This is a throw-back looking old motel, but extremely nice and new on the inside. close to everything without being right in the middle of it. Adjacent to the regional trail network, and the public park with beach.

It was wonderful! And it was my very first VRBO experience. Everything was spotless. The owner made me feel so welcome from the first payment in April until even afterward. Will now be using more VRBO’s in the future and will definitely try this place again!

This space was clean and great location. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown and great access to Leech. Quite small- no place for our luggage. Be sure to bring every thing you need- all paper products including coffee filters, tp, etc as well as your blow dryer.

This property was ok. The one thing we found to be a stressful problem is the door code to unlock the door is NEVER changed. So anyone that stayed there previous to us knew the code...The couch needed replacing, as does the bedding. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Window air conditioner did a decent job. When we arrived there was no shower curtain for the very small stand up shower...with a few phone calls and messages and very nice young man came and hung one for us. The flooring is cracked and not level. Very nice and close to downtown area. All in all a 3/5...

Stay was Fine.

The facility was very adequate for me and friend, Dog. Very spartan for others, perhaps, but Okay for us.Still a bit confused about the Addl 200 charges, one per day apparently, that have NOT cleared away from my Card. Was told this was a deposit against damages but it has not been cleared from the routine Charges for Two nights stay.

This place has a good location, but that is all. The smell was awful the whole time. The furniture is all from Walmart and intended only for College dorm rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the couch was more of a futon situation. I really like the location, but other than that, would not recommend this place. I was a little deceived by all the positive reviews, so I thought I would leave one that was honest.
