Our stay was very nice, the host was great! The lake view was beautiful with the different kinds of birds. The neighbors were very friendly! Easy to get around to find the different stores, and things to do.

Don’t book unless you enjoy having your reservation that you paid for and confirmed months in advance canceled the day of your check-in, on a busy weekend with almost no alternatives.

We were in town for a graduation and this house was perfect! Will absolutely stay again when we are back in the area! Any questions we had the host responded perfectly! Phenomenal communication! 5 stars all around!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time, great location to visit Fort Jackson, beautiful surroundings, relaxation, and peace surrounded by nature. The house is clean and has everything you need. I will definitely visit again and stay here. Thanks to the host for the amazing communication and availability.

Excellent location

It’s a excellent location to the army base.. host did a great job with communication and was easy to get to once needed help with anything… the place is nice even thou they have few little renovations going on but never the less I would go back. Great view of the lakes and trees too. They provide little games too to play and enjoy with your family.

Beautiful home! Easy experience from start to finish. Property manager was in contact daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience and will definitely stay there again!

Ty is an excellent host and responded to all questions and requests very promptly. The house was very clean with a unique layout that afforded plenty of space for 7 adults. The neighborhood is quiet and serene which is just what we wanted. I will definitely stay at any of his properties again. Thank you!Jillian

Ty and Dane are great understanding hosts, they guided me through the entire process, constantly replied throughout different times of the day, and were very open and welcoming.I appreciate my stay at the lake house and I look forward to coming back. The home was amazing. Thank you

BOLC Graduation

Property is super convenient for our daughter's graduation from Officer Training at Ft. Jackson. Plenty of space in the house. A quiet gated community.Again location is key to the base and all local attractions.Host was very responsive. Check in was very easy.

SC was the fifth leg of our vacation on the East Coast. This property was ideal for relaxing after a hectic few weeks. Ty is a wonderful communicator and has a heart for hosting. He went so far as to have supplies delivered (paper towels, coffee, trash bags, etc…) to make our stay more comfortable. The cleanliness of the unit was superb and the property was comfortable and offered us room to spread out and rejuvenate. Thank you, Ty for a wonderful stay.

Host never reached out to inform about check in details until I reached out to him via the VRBO app on the day of check in. House was filthy, entry door knob is taped-over, floating thresholds, holes in kitchen ceiling, majority of cabinet drawers in the kitchen were busted and needed be gutted. There was still food in the sink. Fridge and range appliance were dirty. Upstairs bedroom carpet has a red wine stain just off the right side of the bed. Very buggy area with a ton of cockroaches in the house and even on the floor in the dinner room area. In the windowsills and carpet areas. The couch has some weird red chippy residue in each of the padding areas. Super uncomfortable space for my family. Thankful for the refund we got back - it should’ve been 100% instead of 80% back. Entry gate code to the neighborhood doesn’t work and the security door pad lock is tough to open for the entry key.

I’m sorry you feel you had such a terrible experience. However, most, if not all, of your claims are inaccurate. A refund was not required, but out of goodwill and consideration, I provided one despite your last-minute request that I could not accommodate. No guests before or after your stay have reported these issues, and my other reviews reflect that. It’s disappointing when someone attempts to damage a business’s reputation over circumstances beyond the host’s control. Thankfully, prospective guests can read multiple reviews and form their own opinions. I stand behind my property, my integrity, and the way I treat my guests.

Wedding weekend

This location was beautiful for our wedding weekend. The host/management of this rental is extremely attentive. For example- after realizing there was no hair dryer in the rental, they had one sent within the hour. A wedding gift was also left behind and they worked with us to get it back to us. 5 stars are deserved on their communication/effort alone. They will go the extra mile to make you comfortable and because of this our wedding weekend was wonderful.

It was a very nice experiance, There was only a few things. The downstairs bedrooms didn't have any lights, and the stairs coming to the front door wasn't lit very well. The stairs were a little slippery when they were wet. But It was a great time.
