I couldn't believe how easy this place was. Getting in and out, walking to other areas, going over to the Gaylord--all was so simple. The room was spotless and sparkling and very comfortable.

The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent if you need to be close to the Gaylord Convention Center. The owner, Parhat, was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

An amazing property, exactly as advertised! Everything was very clean, and the room was spacious, with amenities that made the stay much more comfortable than a typical hotel room. Being able to step outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cold drink with the waterfront in view was a real bonus.I stayed for a conference at the Gaylord, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was just a 3–5-minute walk to get inside. After a full day at the conference, I really appreciated having space to unwind, both indoors and outside. My only suggestion would be to give guests independent control of the heating and air conditioning within the unit so they can adjust the temperature to their comfort.Parhat was one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly and welcoming while respecting my privacy, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxed. A fantastic experience all around, and I’d happily stay here again!

Cute bedroom, beautiful location

Though the journey to national harbor was cold, Parhat made me feel welcomed and warm all weekend! Cute bedroom with all the amenities you could find in a hotel! If you love a firm bed, this definitely has one. Only downside is during the winter the water takes longer to get warm. But Parhat was wonderful in letting me know and explained everything thoroughly and wonderful!

This is a really nice place a 5 minute walk from the Gaylord Convention Center (do not pay attention to map apps - there is a private gated exit that takes you right to the convention center). Super clean, plenty of space, firm but very comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom, super quiet property. The property owner was super responsive and downfall. The only downside was the listing accuracy. A kitchen is listed in one place, but that is inaccurate. Separately, it says there is a kitchenette with only a fridge, microwave and Keurig. That is precisely what it is (no stove, no hotplate, no pots and pans). As long as you know this is an efficiency apartment with only those items, you will not be disappointed. Excellent place, excellent stay. Very worth the money.
