The Space:

Salt air drifts in as you step onto the screened-in porch, the sound of the nearby shoreline setting an easy rhythm for your stay. Just across the street, a beach access boardwalk leads you to soft white sand, while back at the house sunlight fills the open living space where days naturally slow down. Mornings invite quiet coffee moments, and evenings settle into relaxed gatherings indoors or out.



The space

This entire home in Port St. Joe offers room to spread out and unwind together. The main-level living area is open and air conditioned, bringing the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one bright, connected space. With no stairs in the home, everything is easily accessible, whether you are moving between bedrooms or heading outside to enjoy the fresh coastal air.

The home includes 2 baths, along with bathroom essentials provided for a comfortable stay. Bed linens and towels are included, and a washer and dryer are available for longer visits or post-beach refreshes.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with space to gather around the dining table inside or enjoy meals outdoors. Whether you are making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or settling in for dinner after a long day outside, the layout supports easy, shared moments.

Outdoor spaces are a highlight here. Enjoy the patio or backyard for relaxed afternoons, fire pit evenings, or casual grilling. A putting green adds a fun touch to downtime at the house, and outdoor furniture creates inviting spots to sit back and enjoy the coastal setting.



Location & access

With a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock, arrival is simple. The beach is directly across the street, about a 2-minute walk via the boardwalk. Beach essentials are provided to make shoreline days easy and comfortable.

Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

The Neighborhood:

Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape from it all. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
